Directions

From Perth Central Business District travel south along the Kwinana Freeway across the Narrows Bridge. Turn off the freeway at the first off-ramp, then left into Mill Point Road and left again at Scott Street. At Melville Parade turn right - Waterside Apartments is the second building on the right.

Things To Do:

Bike Riding and Walking: A network of bike trails wind around the river. Bikes are available for hire by guests. The South Perth cappuccino strip is just a short walk away.

Casino: Call in at Crown Casino Perth just a 10 minute drive from Assured Waterside Apartments.

City: Walk - 20 minutes, take a ferry - 10 minutes, or drive - 5 minutes and you are in the heart of Perth.

Concerts: The Perth Concert Hall is a popular venue for classical and other music concerts.

Shopping: Boutiques and shops in the South Perth precinct are a short walk away and the department stores of the city centre are easily accessible from Assured Waterside Apartments.

Special check-in instructions:

Reception is open 7.30 AM until 6 PM Monday-Friday and 8.30 AM until 4 PM on Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays. Guests arriving after office hours must contact the property prior to arrival to obtain check-in instructions and access codes. Contact information is provided on the reservation confirmation received after booking.

AMEX and DINERS transactions will incur a 3% surcharge

Assured Waterside Apartments is a non-smoking venue.

For the comfort of all our guests we have a strictly no party policy in our apartments. In the event of security being called due to the level of noise and/or party within an apartment this fee will be charged to the guest and any subsequent discounts to other affected apartments.

Please note the apartments are not serviced on Weekends and Public Holidays. Please contact reception to make alternate arrangements.

Credit Card Pre Authorisation

All bookings will be subject to a credit card pre-authorisation of a minimum (AUD) $50.00 bond to cover any incidentals that may occur during your stay

 A valid Credit Card is required at the time of making a booking and also at the time of check-in as well as photo ID.

Upon arrival, all guests will be asked for a credit card pre authorisation. All nights’ accommodation will need to be paid for up front and valid identification must be presented. Management reserves the right to refuse any guest from checking in if valid identification cannot be produced or if there are insufficient funds to cover any incidentals that may occur during your stay.

"Great Location" The property was exactly what we needed for our week in Perth, it was great to be able to cook our own food there and even do our washing! Fabulous location right near mend street jetty and the zoo. Will definitely be back!
