Only a 5-minute drive to the closest beautiful beaches. Lovely outdoor entertainment area around the pool and two delightful private balconies overlooking the partial views to the lake.

The home has 5 bedrooms, 2 beautifully appointed modern bathrooms and 2 comfortable living areas with the hub of the house around the large open-plan kitchen/dining area. A plasma TV and DVD player are provided for your enjoyment. A large separate wing contains the stunning master bedroom with its own fireplace and living area, en-suite bathroom, study, and "Sex-in-the City" style walk-in robe.

Tastefully furnished, with modern artwork, and all amenities and internet included in price (limits apply).

Fully equipped laundry and kitchen for your convenience. Relax in the gazebo by the barbeque overlooking the pool.

The exact address for your GPS will be provided to you upon receipt of ALL guests' currently valid Driver's Licence ID - You will be asked to provide a cop before we will accept your booking.

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.

Check-out time is 10:00 by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.
Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.

Parties, functions, gatherings, events, or any persons attending the premises for the purpose of socialising with the guests, are strictly prohibited. Should you be in doubt about this clause, please check with us, as we have a zero tolerance policy in this regard.

The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc.

Use contrary to this may result in additional payments.

Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the Guests responsibility during their stay.

Departure - the house will be professionally cleaned before and after your stay. However, the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival, including washing and stacking away all dishes and tidying up, food disposed of, surfaces clean and empty, all rubbish placed into outside Council bins.

There is a STRICT NO SMOKING policy anywhere on the entire property. Owners reserve the right to ask non-complying Guests to vacate the property.

As a courtesy, we ask that you kindly remove your outdoor shoes while in the house to preserve the quality wooden flooring.

Parking of only one standard vehicle is allowed, only in the car bay provided and Guests may not park on the verge of any neighbouring properties or on the street.

Air-conditioning must be turned off at all times when Guests are not present in the house.

Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental.

In the event of damage, you will be liable for any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared etc. You confirm that you are aware of this by acceptance of these conditions. 

Linen is supplied by the host.

Pets are not allowed.
Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.

"Beautiful villa!" The house is clean and complete with all the amenities you need for group of 7 adults. The landscape of the house is beautiful with flowers all over. If only we were in the summer and get to try out the swimming pool.
