Situated only 5 minutes walk from West Coast Drive,  the famous Perth Beaches and less than 10 minutes drive to Hillarys Boat Harbour and only 20 minutes drive to Perth CBD. Sunset Place is ideal for incorporating both business and pleasure and having access to all aspects of Perth lifestyle.

​Sunset Place is located in the vicinity of Marmion Village shopping Centre having access to all necessary facilities, cafes, restaurants, shops, pharmacy, post office and more. All these are one or two minutes away from Sunset place.

All the apartments are fully furnished, air conditioned, with own self-catering kitchen, luxurious queen size beds, FREE Wi-Fi, TV, fridge and tea/coffee facilities, iron and ironing board in utility area.

Terms & conditions

The following Code of Conduct governs tenant behaviour and use of the property. The tenant agrees to follow the guidelines below, for themselves and any visitors they allow at the property:

TENANT: A responsible adult (over 18 years of age) shall be on site at all times when children are present. No unauthorised people are permitted to stay overnight.

NOISE AND NUISANCE: The tenant agrees not to cause or permit nuisance at the property. This includes excessive noise, disruptive or anti-social behaviour. Noise should generally cease after 9pm Sunday through Thursday and 10pm Friday and Saturday.

VEHICLE PARKING: Only one car per apartment if available. The tenant agrees to use the parking spaces provided and not to park on lawn or garden areas on the property. The tenant agrees not to park any additional vehicles on the property in excess of the parking spaces provided.

PREMISE CONDITION AND CLEANLINESS: The tenants agree to leave the premise in a clean and tidy condition upon vacating, with all fittings and chattels in their original condition and position at the beginning of stay. Tenants are to advise the Property Manager of any damage or disrepair within 24 hours of this occurring.

Any damage repairs or excessive cleaning that is attributable to the tenant’s stay will be paid for by the tenant .

FIRES: The tenant agrees not to allow any candles, open fires or similar burn unsupervised within the premise. No open fires are permitted outside at any time. Barbeques are not provided.

RUBBISH DISPOSAL: The tenant agree to contain all their rubbish in the bins provided. Please dispose of recycling in the recycling bin provided ( yellow lid). Tenants are responsible for the putting out and collection of the bins where their stay coincides with collection days.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT PROCEDURE: The Property Manager always checks in the tenant going through the code of conduct and house rules, location of fire blankets, fire exits, and noise regulations. At the end of the agreed tenancy, tenant agree to lock the premise, close all windows and return the keys to the Property Manager. Any lost
or damaged keys will be replaced at the tenant expense.

TERMINATION OF ACCOMMODATION: If tenant are found to have contravened any of the above Code of Conduct responsibilities a verbal warning will be issued. If the contravention is not rectified immediately the accommodation booking may be terminated with 2 hours’ notice at the Property Manager’s discretion. No refunds will be made.

Booking Policy

  • Guests receive a 50% refund of total cost if canceled at least four (4)
  • weeks before check-in.

Extra Guests Policy

Up to two children under 16 years are charged AUD 25 per night when using existing beds. All children under 2 years are charged AUD 5 per night for children's cots/cribs. All children under 12 years are charged AUD 25 per night for extra beds. All further older children or adults are charged AUD 25 per night for extra beds. Children under 2 years old will be charged AUD 10 per night.

Deposit Policy

  • 50% deposit processed at time of booking and the balance payable at the latest - four (4) weeks prior day of arrival for all reservations.

No-show Policy

  • No Amount Will Be Issued In Case Of No show

Other Policy

  • Pets are not allowed.

"Fabulous" We were taking our father to visit elderly relatives in Perth. The apartment is a 10 minute walk to the beach for an elderly person. The local shopping center was just around the corner and the supermarket was well stocked.

"Great apartment and ideal location for accessing all that the Perth area has to offer." A bright,modern apartment. Very quiet in a good neighbourhood not too far from the beaches and with a small shopping centre next door which supplies everything you could need. A comfortable bed and lounge furniture. A small but very adequate kitchen area.

"Fantastic stay..." We had a fantastic time at the apt - very clean and the owner was really kind. We’d love to come back. Definitely can recommend to stay here!
