Situated in a quiet cul-de sac, this large 4 Bedroom, 2 bathroom house is immaculate. It has recently undergone a full interior renovation with new bathrooms, laundry and kitchen and is ready for that perfect family holiday.

The house benefits from 2 large driveways at either side, plus large front and rear lawns. This property can park several large boats and plenty of vehicles. The rear garden is fenced with lockable gates and is set up to cater for both young families or adult groups visiting the area for fishing and water sports. There are several outside taps conveniently located for flushing engines and washing down boats plus the rear patio has several power points to plug in the Engels and bait freezer.

Bedroom configuration:

Sandowne house has 2 queen double bedrooms, one twin single bedroom and a kids bedroom comprising two sets of bunks plus a king single. Sandowne House is naturally cool with ceiling vents to all bedrooms however, fans are provided should you need them. 

 BYO towels and linen.

Please note: that this property has no heating. If you are visiting during the winter months you may like to bring an electric heater with you.

"Nice house that suited our needs well."Situated in quiet no through road. lots of parking for boats. 2 toilets and showers. 4 bedrooms with lots of bed choices.
