This is an amazing beach house and while we are keen for guests to enjoy themselves we would appreciate it being enjoyed sensibly.

We do provide accommodation for responsible school leavers, please contact for special leavers rates.

Amenities include: board games, table tennis, TV with Nintendo Wii/Nintendo 64 Consoles, Kayaks, BBQ facility

Holiday home can sleep up to 16 guests. (5 bedrooms: 4 Queen Size Beds + 1 Double Bunk/Trundle Bed + 1 Double Sofa Bed + 2 Extra Comfortable Single air mattresses that can be set-up)

Prices are quoted for up to 8 guests, with prices starting from $400 per night (weekday) and $600 per night (weekend). Additional guests stay from $50 per person per night (weekday) and $75 per person per night (weekend). MAXIMUM 16 GUESTS.

Infants under 2 stay free with 2 Portacots with full bedding available.

House trained Pets allowed - strictly to be kept outdoors or in enclosed alfresco area overnight.

Pet Fee: $100 per stay

Bond: $1000 per stay

Cleaning Fee: $150 per stay

For your added security, this house is only managed in Australia and we never request payments be made to overseas bank accounts.

"Amazing stay!" We had an amazing weekend away, loved the house. Such a fab location!!! The house has everything you could think of from games/ table tennis, great indoor and outdoor seating areas. Not to mention equipped in the kitchen for EVERYTHING. So impressed and we will be sure to book again. The owners were amazing and answered any queries I had very quickly. Well done!
