A minimum two night booking is required for all of our Studio and Glamping accommodation, unless specified in one of our promotions.
During peak times (Christmas and Easter and Public holidays) we require a minimum three or four night booking across all of our accommodations.
We aim to be a 'smoke free' farm. Please adhere to Council Fire & Emergency Regulations.
We are an Ecotourism Certified property and do not accept pets.
Please respect our natural environment and adhere to our strict guidelines for saving water and power, minimizing noise, vehicle access in some areas and waste disposal and recycling initiatives.
Please be advised that your accommodation rooms are not serviced everyday. You may request a 'tidy' service during peak times when you stay more than 3 nights. Fresh bath towels can be requested, with no charge. Management reserves the right to contact guests after departure and request an additional cleaning fee, if your room is left untidy or there is unreasonable damage to your room and contents. You will be notified in writing with photographs to accompany the request. A reasonable compensation is between $80 for additional cleaning and up to $250 for damage to property. In extreme circumstances, guests may be required to replace the damaged or soiled item at cost price.
During peak times, limited vehicle access in the Glamping Village requires vehicles to be parked in the main car park, after drop off of your personal items. This is appreciated at night when headlights can be disruptive.
Our bathroom and laundry amenities are strictly reserved for guests only.
Please contact us if you are wishing to make a group booking of 3 or more rooms. We are not a 'party venue' unless you have completed an Exclusive Hire agreement with us. We offer online bookings for our Group Retreats and Exclusive Venue Hire. Please view Deposit, Payment and Cancellation Policies below.

Payment Policy
All bookings require a valid credit card and full payment prior to arrival.
Payments can be processed via our online secure payment gateway. Balance of outstanding payment will take place through our payment gateway within 7 days of your arrival. Balance of payment may also be processed upon arrival using Cash and Eft payments, during normal operating hours 9am-5pm. Please notify reception to alert us of changes to your payment preference.
Upon payment and receiving our letter of confirmation of your booking you are agreeing to our booking conditions.
Direct Credit Banking details are supplied for all outstanding payments related to your booking. Please send a screen shot or email your remittance. A booking number must accompany your payment advice.

Groups and Exclusive Venue Hire bookings are offered a 50% DEPOSIT PAYMENT option for their event. We can also assist with setting up your Guest accommodation booking portal or take direct bookings by contacting our office.
Cancellation Policy
Please notify reception if you need to cancel or modify your booking before 14 days of your arrival date. You will be issued a full refund, less service fees redeemed by Online Booking Agents. We regret that no refund is possible within the 14 day period.
If you choose to shorten your stay or not show up on your arrival date, you will be liable for the full amount of your tariff. Gift Vouchers may be offered with the discretion of Managers.
All cancellations which occur as a result of Covid-19 State border restrictions or ill-health are offered the opportunity to re-book, receive a Gift Voucher for a future date.
New Vaccination Restrictions are now in effect. Please comply with all State and Federal Government National Plan for Australia's Covid-19 response.
During an anticipated severe weather event, you will be contacted and offered an opportunity to re-book your Glamping accommodation, or sent a gift certificate to the full value of your booking.
During a severe weather event which we believe puts you at risk, we will automatically upgrade your Glamping accommodation to one of our Studio Rooms.
We are happy to upgrade your booking to an available Studio room at any time throughout your stay for a flat cleaning and preparation fee of $80.
All Event Cancellations are fully refundable up to 12 months prior to the event date. This forms part of a cooling off period for both parties. We regret that no refund is possible, if you cancel within 6 months of your event date. All unforeseeable cancellations/ refund requests must be in writing with relevant documentation supplied. Management reserves the right to consider all financial outcomes relating to both parties, when determining the refund amount requested.
