Only a short drive to the closest beautiful beaches at Mullaloo including kite surfing beach only 5 minutes drive away.

This Apartment has a Gallery style king-size bedroom, modern bathroom, comfortable open plan living, kitchen and dining area with a large couch doubling up as a pull-out double sofa-bed if required for 2 additional guests (children). A plasma TV and DVD player are provided for your enjoyment.

Holiday Rental Code of Conduct

Holiday Rental House Rules for Guests and Visitors

House Rules are provided at the Property to ensure that Guests and Visitors know and comply with the specific Rules governing their permission to enter and occupy the Property.

4.1 General requirements

  1. a)  Guest and Visitors must comply with all House Rules, By-Laws and instructions from the Manager and security services during their stay; and

  2. b)  Guests must notify the Manager of any disputes or complaints from neighbours as soon as is practicable.

4.2 Noise and Residential amenity

  1. a)  Guests and Visitors must not create noise which is offensive to occupiers of neighbouring properties especially between 10pm - 8am and during arrival and departure at any time throughout the occupancy;

  2. b)  Offensive noise is prohibited and may result in termination of permission to occupy the Property, eviction, loss of rental paid and extra charges for security and other expenses which may be deducted from Security Deposit or Bond under the Terms and Conditions; and

  3. c)  Guests and Visitors must not engage in anti-social behaviour and must minimise their impact upon the residential amenity of neighbours and local community.

4.3 Visitors

a) Guests are responsible for ensuring the limits set on Visitor numbers is complied with at all times; and b) Guests are responsible for ensuring that Visitors comply with these House Rules.

Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.
 

4.4 Gatherings or functions

a) The Property is not a “party house” and any such activities are strictly prohibited; and
b) Parties, functions, gatherings, events, or any persons attending the premises for the purpose of socialising with the guests, are strictly prohibited. Should you be in doubt about this clause, please check with us, as we have a zero tolerance policy in this regard.

4.5 Parking

a) Guests and Visitors are to comply with parking regulations and other requirements set out below and show consideration to neighbours and other vehicles; and

b) Parking arrangements at the Property are as follows: You can park in the available bay on the LEFT in the Car port and we ask that you leave enough room for a vehicle on the right. Please do not park on the street or on the verge of any neighbouring properties.

4.6 Garbage and recycling

a) Guests and Visitors are to dispose of garbage and recycling in accordance with the usual practice at the Property (as set out below) in the allocated bins, and excess rubbish must not be left in public or common areas; and

4.7 Security

Whenever you are absent from the Property, close all windows and doors to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage.

4.13 Damages and breakages

The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc.

Use contrary to this may result in additional payments.

Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the Guests responsibility during their stay.

4.14 On departure arrangements

Arrangements for keys, security, dishwashing, rubbish, etc are: 

Departure - the apartment will be professionally cleaned before and after your stay. However, the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival, including washing and stacking away all dishes and tidying up, food disposed of, surfaces clean and empty, all rubbish placed into outside Council bins.

  1. a)  Breach of these House Rules is a breach of the Terms and Conditions of occupancy.

There is a STRICT NO SMOKING policy anywhere on the entire property and the bond will be forfeited in full for any breach. Owners reserve the right to ask non-complying Guests to vacate the property. 

As a courtesy, we ask that you kindly remove your outdoor shoes while in the apartment to preserve the quality wooden flooring. 

Parking of only one standard vehicle is allowed, only in the car bay provided and Guests may not park on the verge of any neighbouring properties or on the street. If there is no car bay available, then guests are to park on the Verge of our property. 

Air-conditioning must be turned off at all times when Guests are not present in the apartment. 

Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond. 

In the event of damage, you will be liable for any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared etc. You confirm that you are aware of this by acceptance of these conditions. 

Linen is supplied by the host. 

Pets are not allowed. 
Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.

I stayed for 5 weeks here whilst relocating from Brisbane to Perth and the apartment was exactly what I needed - it was clean, comfortable and had everything needed for a day to day living including full kitchen and good internet. The bed was also great and I am a fussy sleeper. El was an excellent host and super helpful and friendly, as were her family when I ran into them. Couldn't recommend more highly.

The accommodation was absolutely delightful. I didn't get an opportunity to use the pool, but did get to go to the beach. The apartment offered secured parking, as well as the most modern facilities. The pantry had some conveniences, and is good if you wish to cook for yourself. The bed is so comfortable, making it easier to travel for work. The hosts respect your privacy and live in the rear home. The host was also very welcoming upon arrival and make checking very simple. Her communication was awesome. Great place to stay as a couple or single person.

From the initial enquiry and right through the stay E was a pleasure to deal with, she was available and on hand if needed but left you to your own devise to enjoy the stay. The property was as listed, extremely comfortable and comes with everything you need for your stay, the complimentary wine was a very welcome bonus!!!
