“MalaMilla” is a sensational two-bedroom villa – welcoming & sun bathed with uninterrupted views of unspoilt local bush, & an easy one kilometre stroll through treed pathways to the heart of Dunsborough with it’s fabulous shopping, great restaurants and the beach.“MalaMilla” is in easy reach of just about everything the Southwest has to offer -Yallingup Beach & the surf, Meelup, Eagle Bay & the calm waters of Geographe Bay, Busselton & Margaret River wineries.This short stay Dunsborough villa includes -2 good sized ensuite bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living area & veranda. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for the chef in the family, including :

- modern stainless steel appliances
- a fridge, microwave, oven & hotplate
- plenty of crockery & cookware – so entertaining is easy.
The dining table will seat 6 guests & boasts leather dining chairs for ultimate comfort. There are plenty of storage cupboards for all your supplies.
The open plan living/dining area boasts plenty of space to move. The two lounge suites & an arm chair are super comfortable. After you have enjoyed all that the area has to offer, and eaten a delicious dinner there’s a large flat panel TV & DVD in the lounge room for you to relax & enjoy a movie.
Both bedrooms are spacious & each have their own superbly appointed en suites with basin, toilet & shower. There is a King sized bed in the main bedroom & 2 singles in the Second. Both bedrooms have wall mounted TV’s & built in wardrobes. Reverse cycle air conditioning services all rooms in the villa. The villa has been comfortably & tastefully furnished & includes original artworks.

"Dunsborough stay" The property was conveniently situated and easy to access. We neighboured friendly people who gave us ideas on where to visit. Little Fish restaurant was also a highlight and was close by to Richard's villa. Loved the coffee machine !

"Excellent" Could not expect more. We loved apartment and location. Nice path to walk into Dunsborough.
