Directions

Getting around:
Short walk to the Bus Stop which can take you directly to the city. We do recommend hiring a car for trips to Perth,it is a sprawling city with lots of great places to visit on the skirts of town. Just 10 minutes drive to Swan Vally and Caversham Wildlife park, 15 minutes drive to Hillary's Boat Harbour which is one of the popular tourist spots with many variety shops,restaurants,beautiful beach,Aquarium and ferry to Rottenest Island. Fremantle has many heritage listed buildings alongside High Street,some fantastic/Award wining restaurants ( Cicerello's Seafood,Kailis,Little Creatures Brewery is a must try). Also you can visit more than century old Fremantle Market and Old Fremantle Prison. Cottesloe Beach ( 30 minutes drive) is one of the most beautiful beaches in Western Australia. For Day trip by car, you can go to popular tourist spots like Busselton,Bunbury,Margaret River,Wave Rock,Pinnacles etc. ...And your trip to Western Australia has only just begun!

- Only booked guests allowed to stay in the property. -We will try to make check-in time(after 2PM) and check-out time ( 10AM) as flexible as possible depending on departure and arrival time.

- Please ensure the air-condition/lights/Gas/Oven are switched OFF whenever leaving the home to conserve energy and for safety reason.

- I require a booking for all guests,including infants/children. We'll offer reduced rate for younger children and senior guests.

- Please advise us prior to your arrival if you need portable baby cot.

- Please use Gym,Table Tennis and BBQ facility with care. We would like to remind you that It's user's responsibility to take any nessesary safety measures.

- To respect neighbours, please don't make any noise after 9:30pm.

TERMS AND CONDITONS FOR SHORT RENTAL PERTH

1. ACCEPTANCE & RESPONSIBILITY. 
Payment of the Deposit constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. PAYMENT 
－We accept direct deposit into our bank account or pay by credit card ( only VISA ,MasterCard and UnionPay 银联支付 accepted).

－We do not charge above mentioned credit card processing fee.


3. VARIATION OR CANCELLATION OF YOUR BOOKING

If you wish to vary or cancel your Booking, please contact us immediately via email.
Your deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.Balance amount can be refundable if the cancellation made 7 days prior to your arrival.

4.CLEANNING FEE

-$80 cleanning fee will be reqired for each booking.

5.DISCOUNT

-We offer 15% discount for weekly booking and 25% for monthly booking.

6.EXTRA CHARGES

-Extra $15 per night per person after 2 guests.

7. CHECK IN/ OUT 

• Checkin time is after 14:00pm on the arrival date and Checkout time is no later than 10;00am on the departure date. 

-Early checkin or late departure are allowed subject to prior arrangement and availability. Once we approved, there'll be no extra charges applied.

• Key collection instructions will be provided once payment is received in full unless special arrangements have been made prior to arrival.

8. BOND & DAMAGES 
• $150 bond payment will be required at the same time as the outstanding balance of your Booking. It will be returned back to you once our property has been inspected and deemed left in a similar state to your arrival. We agree to ensure this occurs as soon as possible after your departure. 
• Any damage, loss or expense incurred by Hosts as a result of your breach of these Terms & Conditions will be charged against the bond. Examples of this include but are not limited to any breakage, damage or lost of property keys.

9. LINEN AND TOWELS 
• We supply linen, pillows, blankets and towels which must be left where supplied in the bedrooms or bathroom on departure.

The unit is like a granny flat next to the owners house. It is quite spacious and you can also use the outdoor area including the ping pong table. The unit itself has everything you need for a great stay. The hosts are lovely and you really don’t see or hear from but they are easily contacted if you need. The area itself is a beautiful spot in Ballajura. There are several lakes and parks to go for walks or the kids to have a play. Shopping centres are not too far a way and a little neighbourhood shopping complex is within walking distance. The pizza shop has the best pizzas and there is also an Italian restaurant, fish and chips and a small IGA. Would recommend staying at this property.

This is a great place to stay, excellent value for money. Its in a good location to get to the beach, Hillarys, and to the swan valley, surprisingly quick into the city and very convenient for the airport. Steve and Maria were there to welcome us when we arrived quite late, and were always there when we needed them. Super hosts, very quick to respond to anything. The place is big, well appointed, stylish and sparkling clean. The facilities outside (small gym, table tennis and bbq, as well as clothes line) were also appreciated. Hosts very generous with stuff on arrival to get you going. We had a great time and would love to stay again.
