Description

A fully renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with shower and separate toilet. Allora of Applecross is available for short-term rental.

Bedrooms include a queen size bed in main bedroom and 2 king single beds in the 2nd bedroom with superior quality linen. Both bedrooms have floor to ceiling built-in mirrored robes, Dyson bladeless heat/cool fans as well as ceiling fans. 

Fully equipped, renovated modern kitchen with all modern appliances and laundry with front loader w/machine and dryer. Iron and ironing board are also provided. 

Large dining and living area with 55 inch LCD, LED television and reverse cycle aircon. There is a small north-east facing balcony to sit and relax in the morning sun or watch the city lights at night. 

Parking space is for 1 vehicle and extra parking is available at the nearby shopping precinct. 

Public transport available to Perth and Fremantle from the front door. 

Excellent boutique cafes and shops across the road and the Raffles Hotel is 5 minutes away by car or a 20 minute walk away. Very close to the Swan River with excellent paths for walking and cycling. 

An excellent location in a small complex in quiet, leafy area close to excellent cafes and shopping.

  • Please leave Allora Apartment as it was found apart from use of linen, towels and tea towels
  • All crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils and equipment to be returned to their original places
  • Please avoid turning on the airconditioner above 24 degrees Celsius
  • Clean the lint filter in the clothes dryer as extra buildup can cause a fire

Terms & conditions

Standard Terms and Conditions of Temporary Holiday Accommodation

Note: Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing.

Deposit of $200 non refundable is required to secure the booking. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 7 days prior to occupancy. If not the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it. 

Cancellation if caused by the client, money paid is not refundable unless the house is re-let for the entire period. If it a refund is made due to the property being re-let then a $50 cancellation fee will apply. 

The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.

Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email.  Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.

Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments. 

Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.

Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 2pm by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests. 

Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.

Bond is payable at the same time as the balance amount. The bond will be refunded within 7 days in full subject to the above conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared etc

Pets are NOT ALLOWED at Allora Apartment.

Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.

Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.

"Cool and calm and clean, welcoming and well located." We arrived following a 5 hour drive from down south, in the evening of a 40 degree Perth summer day. Carol had very thoughtfully been to Allora and turned the airconditioning on for us, as well as leaving milk, bread, fruit & eggs. We walked in to a gleamingly clean, cool, well organised apartment, and were instantly impressed and at ease . We really appreciated the quality linen on comfortable beds, abundant towels and toiletries in great bathroom, and all the equipment in kitchen. We walked to fabulous restaurants and cafes, enjoyed the weekend outdoor cafe bustle of the neighbourhood, found anything we needed (and a few things we didn't need but were delighted to find) at the nearby bookshop/newsagency/bottleshop/grocer/patisserie/boutiques. The happy community of locals, kids walking dogs, cyclists, strollers and walkers was lovely to step into. But once we were back in Allora it was quiet and peaceful and airy, with views of the city from its second floor vantage point, and trees and flowering shrubs in the gardens around the apartment block. This is a great apartment and Carol is obviously an experienced and organised host, who anticipates needs, offers extra hospitable touches, and responds to requests really promptly. Good value. We will stay again and recommend it to any friends visiting Perth.

"Beautifully appointed in a terrific location!" Would highly recommend this apartment. Clean, comfortable and everything thought of. It was a great touch to have milk juice and bread ready for the morning. Beautiful views and quiet.

"More than excellent property" A beautiful and neat house with everything you need. In fact, Carol provided so much for us, we didn't need to use things we brought along or buy more. Quality stuff, generous provision and organised house. Highly recommended.
