A deposit of $100 per night will be deducted from your credit card at time of booking. Balance due during stay. 
Credit Card authorisation is required at the time of check-in. 
All registered guests must be over 18 years of age.

 

Thanks for understanding that, unless we are able to re-let your room, we will need to charge for it if 48 hours or less notice has been given.

This is because we have promised to keep it for you in good faith and will have therefore turned away other guests. The more nights you have booked, the more difficult it will be to re-let those rooms at short notice. So please give us as much notice as you can.

Unlike many accommodation providers, we do give a refund if we are able to re-let your room (less a small administration fee of $20).

Cancellations must be made by phone on (03) 9397 0352 between 8am and 9pm or after that by email to bookings@captainsretreat.com.au

NOTICE REQUIRED according to length of stay 

1-3 days: 48 hours notice required

4 -13 days: 1 weeks notice required

14 days +: 2 weeks notice

ADMIN FEE: 
$20 per booking (irrespective of length of stay).

"Delightful experience all round" We liked the quality of the decor and ambience which suited the age of the building .The breakfast request of spelt bread and coconut milk was no problem and no extra charge . Nothing was too much trouble.

"I chose the place for convenience and came away having had a home away from home. " The whole place, building and furnishings and decoration gives it a warm and friendly ambience. The owner, Melissa, was particularly lovely, and went out of her way to help facilitate a pizza and wine for me after some intense work. Very special.

"The best introduction to Australia visitors could have. Brilliant!!!!" A beautiful, cozy B and B in the heart of Williamstown. Breakfast was delicious. Georgie and Karen were beyond hospitable. They were very friendly and helpful at every turn.
