Bookings & confirmation
A tentative booking can only be confirmed upon our receipt of credit card details. A non-refundable deposit of 1 night’s accommodation plus booking fee if applicable is required to secure the booking. The balance is debited from the credit card 2 days before the scheduled arrival unless other arrangements have been made...
All bookings are confirmed with an email or letter from Williamstown Serviced Accommodation and require the credit card details of the person/or representative making the booking.
A security bond and current driver’s licence may be requested for any booking
Full Payment for the accommodation is required 2 days before the scheduled arrival unless other arrangements have been made. Payments can be made by cash, bank transfer or credit card. NB. Amex and Diner's Club credit cards incur a surcharge of 3.5%.
A cancellation fee equivalent to 1 night full tariff plus the booking fee (if applicable) will apply to cancellations.
Notice required for cancellation is 7 days’ notice for bookings of 1 week or less & 2 weeks’ notice for bookings greater than a week. If sufficient Notice is not provided a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking or 1 week’s tariff will be charged (whichever is the greater).
No refund of any unused portion of a confirmed booking will be made. Travel insurance is recommended particularly for high-cost bookings.
Arrangements will be made prior to arrival for collection of the key.
The maximum number of persons (including children) permitted to occupy the booked premises will form part of the booking contract and will be nominated when you make your booking. Extra guests may be allowed with prior arrangements and will incur an extra charge.
Check In Time
Check in time is 2.00 pm, unless alternative arrangements have been made with Williamstown Serviced Accommodation.
Check Out Time
Check out time is 10.00am, unless alternative arrangements have been made with Williamstown Serviced Accommodation.
Early arrival/Late departure
We will endeavour to accommodate the arrival/departure requirements of all guests. Please contact us if you are arriving before 2.00 pm or leaving after 10.00 am.
For stays of more than a week (if included in your rate) we will service your property mid way through your stay. If you stay for 2 weeks or more we service the property weekly. A service includes the provision of clean bed linen, towels and a general clean of the property.
Upon check out please leave the property as you found it to avoid any additional cleaning costs.
Damaged or Missing Property
Please notify Williamstown Serviced Accommodation of any loss or damage to property, including keys. The guest responsible for the booking will be charged for property belongings that are damaged removed or lost
The premises are let for holiday/corporate purposes only. All bookings are arranged for the dates shown on the response email/letter and are taken in good faith by Williamstown Serviced Accommodation.
Due to unforeseen circumstances Williamstown Serviced Accommodation may need to relocate you to a similar property of equal style & tariff.
Occupation of premises which in the absolute discretion of Williamstown Serviced Accommodation causes nuisance or annoyance to neighbouring or adjoining occupiers will be terminated immediately without refund and any costs incurred following misuse of the property will be payable by the guest and/or charged against the credit card tendered.
Please look after your key as lost keys incur a fee of $20 and possible extra charges if the lock needs to be replaced for security reasons (approximately $200).
Williamstown Serviced Accommodation reserves the right to debit your credit card or request payment in full for any outstanding charges that apply to your booking. This includes extra cleaning, removal of carpet stains, rubbish removal, additional guests, extended stays, late check out, lost keys, removed property items, repairs or damage to a property.
How to Avoid Additional Charges
To avoid additional charges please:-
• Ensure all dishes are washed and put away.
• Wipe down all benches and tables.
• Remember to leave the key in the apartment or “key safe” (if available).
• Report any damages to property or equipment, including kitchen utensils and crockery
• Be sure not to stain the carpet/rugs/towels & linen
• If you are in a pet friendly home, please make sure that all pet traces are cleaned up.
• If you have moved any furniture, return it to its place.
• Leave modems or spare keys in the home/apartment in the same condition it was hired in.
• Place all rubbish in the bins provided
Events, parties & gatherings are not permitted on the premises without prior written consent from Williamstown Serviced Accommodation and may result in your booking being cancelled without refund and/or an additional cost will be incurred.
Williamstown Serviced Accommodation offers some properties which will accommodate pets.
Arrangements must be made prior to arrival. Pets may be allowed inside the property, however are strictly not allowed on any furniture or linen. If furniture has traces of pet hair or the property has not been left in a satisfactory state the guest may incur an additional cleaning charge of up to $200.
Strictly no smoking in the property or a fee of up to $300 will be imposed to cover the cost of cleaning carpets & curtain/blinds. If smoking outside, be sure to prevent smoke from wafting in to the property. Please place all butts into bins for disposal or cleaning fees may apply .If the property is unable to be relet because of the smell of smoke additional nightly charges may also be charged
Whilst we do our outmost to stay on top of all maintenance issues, there may be items that we are not aware of. If you notice damaged or broken equipment, please let us know so that we can rectify the problem immediately.
Cot I High Chair /Baby Bath
A cot, high chair &/or baby bath are available free of charge. There is a one off fee of *$20 for cot linen/blankets. Please contact us to arrange your requirements. . (*Prices are subject to change).
We have available for loan mobile Broadband Modems which require you to put your own credit on. Please call us to book a modem.
All premises have a fully equipped kitchen.
Personal safety & losses
No liability is accepted for any injury, debt, damage, loss, delay, expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by events beyond the control of Williamstown Serviced Accommodation.
No responsibility is taken for guests personal property left on or near the premises. Doors and windows at the premises should be secured at ALL times. All lost property will be retained for a period of 45 days, after which it will be disposed of if not claimed.
In the event of any renovation/building works being carried out near the premises, such work is beyond our control and we cannot accept responsibility for any disturbance, noise or inconvenience guests may suffer as a result. No discount will be negotiated for any of the above.
