Your booking will not be confirmed until deposit is paid and confirmation is given.

On receipt of your deposit, a confirmation will be forwarded to you, stating Arrival/Departure times and access information. Please ensure that you have read and agreed to our standard terms and conditions below before confirming your booking.

We will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However we reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.

Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.

Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.

Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.

Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10:00 by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.

Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.

Pets are not allowed unless specific arrangements have been made in writing with us.

Loss - we take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.

Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with us in writing.

"Neat and tidy with a great view." The property was presented nicely and contained everything needed to make our holiday comfortable. The back yard was great for our kids and dog, and the back deck provided the perfect place to relax and unwind at the end of the day. We'll definitely be staying here again.

"Amazing family getaway" We loved this place great value for money very family friendly as we had our 2 little children with us qnd had plenty of room to move with a spacious backyard and good views ofthe ocean sitting on the deck with a cuppa in hand.We would highly recommend anyone to stay here we most certainly will be back.Thanks giys gteat family holiday home.

"Lovely stay in a lovely home!" We stayed overnight at Lorraine’s place and we had a great experience! The house is lovely, clean and located near the town centre. All the necessary amenities were provided. They have a big backyard which is great for our two Japanese Spitz. They love running around in the secured area. I personally loved the deck at the backyard as I got to enjoy the beach view and the sounds of the waves while having coffee in the morning. It was so relaxing! Lorraine was so prompt in responding to my messages, a smooth transaction indeed!

"Wonderful place, Super dog friendly, we had the best time :)" All the information required for an awesome experience, specially a list of all the dog friendly areas is provided in a magic booklet here, the house is cute and cozy. Loved having breakfast on the deck with the view of the Ocean. Will definitely come back as there are still so much to visit around here :)

"Excellent" Great house comfy beds everything we needed for a short stay but is well equipped for a long stay ..and our two Staffys loved it!
