1 bedroom has a queen bed with lovely forest/mountain views.

Another bedroom has a double futon & 2 single floor futons.

A dedicated bathroom is just for your group to use.

Both rooms have kitchenettes and access to a full kitchen/dining/lounge & a BBQ outside. 

Two decks let’s everyone enjoy mountain forest views or cook up a meal on the electric Webber BBQ.

An outdoor bath allows enjoyment of the fruit trees and pond while soaking blissfully in hot water. 

Explore the rainforest, trails and river! Excellent cafes & theatre/cinema.
 

You will love Warburton, a quaint village in the beautiful mountains of the Upper Yarra Valley.

Close to nature as well as activities, public transport river, swimming, forests, walks, cafes, shops and more.

There is forest at the top of the street and a river at the bottom of the street. It is 2 min drive or 15 min walk to excellent cafes.

Do nothing, read on the deck,  picnic, walk, cycle, explore and relax. Wineries, art trails, theatre, the Healesville Sanctuary, lavender farms, history and more.

Great for couples, solo adventurers or writing that book, friend groups and families (with kids).

Sleep in then wake to birds, enjoy an indoor or outdoor bath, take in the mountain views on the back deck.

There is an on-site caretaker sharing the communal facilities though not the bathroom - that's just for your group. She gives you privacy and keeps out of your way but is there to assist if needed.

A washing machine and dryer is available for those staying 7 days or morel.

Pick the raspberries and wonder at the giant lemons! Parrots, kookaburras and cockatoos visit the deck for a chat and there's flowers everywhere.

You arrive and settle in with a sigh of relief. You are home away from home. The place is all yours - do lots or do nothing!

Massages, reike, bodywork, Restorative Yoga and Healings are available in the convenience of an on-site studio, just ask with preferablly 7 days  notice.

A fabulous place, Warburton is nestled in forested mountains and has a special out of the way tranquil feeling but is serviced by great cafes, (a 4 min drive or 15min walk).

A lovely swimming/fishing/canoeing/paddling river, forest walks, arts centre, cinema, snow in winter and flowers in summer, it's a place of great natural beauty. a warm friendly community with plenty of festivals, events and regular activities.

A bus connecting with the train to Lilydale station stops 7 min walk away

A 15 min River walk to cafes and the bus also stops at many attractions including wineries, lotus farm, etc.

- This is an old partly renovated  cottage. There are marks and wear and tear. It is rustic and has character. If you are after a hotel room modern gleaming surfaces, this is not for you. It is comfortable and there is heating .
