White Haven

Thank you for enquiring to stay at White Haven.  White Haven is a delightful holiday house  located in an excellent location 5 min walk to Capel Sound Foreshore beach.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIME /KEYS;

Your holiday property is available to you from after 2pm on your day of arrival with vacation time being 10.00am.A deposit is required of 500.00 to secure your booking within 3 working days. If your deposit is not received you booking will be cancelled without notification. All bookings are a minimum of 7 night stays.

Keys will be given in secure place and will be told to you on the day of arrival..  Tenants are liable for any damage that may have been caused for forced entry to recover keys from house if you get locked out . If this was to happen please contact Jacqui.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY

The maximum of guest is limited to 8 people. Over 2 people an additional charge of $20.00 is required per person per night. overloading will render the tenant liable for the cancellation of the booking immediate, and no monies will be refunded.

Please note it is not a party house.

FEES

Fees include usage of all facilities ,utilities,  entertainment and beach gear and cleaning on departure.

Unexpected overnight guest may not stay over without permission. Owners reserves the right to terminate the agreement and request the property to be vacated without refund to the tenant if this condition is not adhere to

The balance is required 1 mth prior to booking.

If booking directly Payment is made by either direct debit or cheque

DAMAGE RESERVATION DEPOSIT

A reservation deposit is required of 500.00. This must be received within 3 days of booking. The deposit automatically converts to a security / damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of departure provided the following provisions are met.

• No damage to the house contents beyond normal wear and tear
• All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in the yellow (recycle and green bins provided. Placed out on rubbish days if staying more than a week.
• All key are left on the kitchen table in the green bowel and unit is left locked
• All charges incurred are paid for before arrival.
• No linen and furnishings are lost or stolen
• No early check in or check out times
• The renter is not evicted by the owner (representative of the owner) or police

CANCELATIONS

Special conditions apply for cancelations If you cancel your booking and we can secure a replacement immediate then your deposit will be refunded less $35.00 admin fee. If you cancel within 2 months  of booking date your deposit is non refundable . If you cancel within 2 weeks of date of arrival- loss of 100% of the total booking fee. If you shorten your stay  you still be charged for the full amount of time you booked in initially. Rebooking of extra nights if there is availability is ok however we need to be notified as soon as possible.

 It’s your responsibility to pay your deposit  and balance on time

PARKING

There is a long driveway than can accommodate 4 cars and boat/caravan plus there is OSP for three cars.

HOUSEKEEPING

There is no daily house cleaner so please ensure the house is keep in a clean and orderly manner. ..

Linen and towels isprovided  however you need to bring your own beach gear. We do not permit linen and towels to be taken and used outside the unit for other purposes. We would appreciate at the end of your stay please put dirty line in in the basket located in  the laundry.  We expect you to leave the house in a reasonable clean manner as you found it and floors swept  and dishes washed put away . BBQ needs to be cleaned otherwise A cleaning fee of $25.00 will apply.

DOGS may be permitted on the property but nothing in bedrooms and only on permission with the owner.

NOISE AND EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR

During your stay noise must be kept to a reasonable level in-between between 10.00pm-8am in showing consideration to neighbours.. Please respect permanent residents  and especially within common areas. It is the holiday people responsible to take responsibility too for any guest that come to visit. There is no smoking in the building and smoking butts are to be disposed of in the  ash trays provided. Any antisocial, drunken and obscene behavior will not be tolerated.  The home must not be used for any unlawful purposes.  The home owners are not responsible for any injures, illness that occurs within the property.

In case of refurbishment or owners instructors rental rates may be subject to increase without notice . Should this occur you will be notified immediacy and given the opportunity to pay the difference in tariff or receive a full refund  of your deposit.  We will also attempt to offer you alternative accommodation if possible

We reserve the right for our tradesman to enter the property at a reasonable time to carry out repairs or maintenance work. We would notify you of this and arrange a time to suit if possible.

I herby understand and agree to all the terms and conditions as set in this holiday rental agreement. By accepting thus reservation it is agreed that all guest area are accepting any risk of any harm arising from the use of the premises or other guest.
