Our apartment is spacious (106 sq m), modern and ideally located in Melbourne. It comfortably sleeps six in three bedrooms and has two bathrooms and a free car park. So close to everything and in the most exclusive part of Southbank (Arts Precinct)

You will find our apartment warm and friendly. We quite often stay there ourselves so we have equipped the apartment with everything that you could possibly want.
It is on the fourteenth floor.
The apartment is sanitised between guests. 60% alcohol is rubbed on all touchable surfaces.
Brand new fully equipped kitchen with a huge fridge and all appliances.
2 bathrooms, fully equipped laundry. Huge smart TV with Netflix.
Classy leather lounge suite and dining table that comfortably seats six.
Building has heated pool and gym for your use.
We have a portacot and a high chair if you have a little one.
The beds are very comfy, we provide all linen and bedding as well as towels and toiletry.
We will provide you with free MYKI (public transport) cards.
You will find welcoming tea, coffee and a bottle of wine upon your arrival.
The building is safe and secure. We have a concierge on duty who will be able to assist you.
We will try to be there to greet you and show you the apartment. If not we have a secure method of access that we will tell you about after you have booked.
There is a secure and free undercover car park for your use. We have access to a second carpark if required. Please ask us about this.

We are available by phone/email to answer your questions and enjoy sharing our beautiful city with guests.
We do not charge a cleaning fee in the belief that our guests will keep our apartment in a tidy state. If the apartment is left in an unacceptable state, we will levy a cleaning fee of $100 against your bond. We hope you will understand this policy.
Your apartment will be clean with fresh linen and towels when you enter, but we do not provide ongoing cleaning or laundry during your stay. If you want a serviced apartment then you can book at the Quest next door, but that will set you back $580 per night for a much smaller apartment.

Walk to Flinders St Station, catch a tram in St Kilda Rd, the bus stop is outside the building. The tram takes you into the CBD in a few minutes. It runs frequently.
The Melbourne Skybus takes you to Southern Cross station from the airport in the CBD or it can deliver you to within 1 minutes walk of your apartment. It runs 24 hrs a day. From Southern Cross you can catch the train to Flinders St Station (one stop) and then walk for 10 minutes to the apartment.
Alternatively the Southbank bound Skybus departs from Terminal 4 every 30 minutes Monday to Friday and every 60 minutes on weekends between 6:30am and 7:45pm. It drops off at T4 and T1. Ask to get off at Eureka Tower (80 City Rd) which is a couple of minutes walk to our building.
The Arts precinct of Southbank is the exclusive area of the City. We are right behind the Eureka Tower, next door to the National Gallery. It is a quiet and peaceful nook, yet only minutes walk to the businesses of the CBD and all that the area has to offer. You will love it here.
This is our own holiday apartment. We love to stay there and hope you do too.
We expect you to look after the apartment as if it were your own and have a few rules:
1. No pets
2. No parties
3. No noise after 10 PM
4. No smoking except on balcony
5. Please leave your apartment in a clean and tidy state
6. No more than six occupants allowed.

Access to the apartment is only possible between the hours of 6:15 am and 9:45 pm. if you can't arrive during those times please message me before you book. Access is via the concierge who will issue you the keys on production of photo ID in the name of the guest on the booking.
Please note that local laws state that we must vet occupants . To meet our obligations we may call you after booking (your details are not released until after the booking is made). The vetting is about guest behaviour and ensuring that guests have an understanding of how short stay rental differs from hotel accommodation.
