Guests are allowed visitors but strictly No Parties.
• Guests are required to be mindful of neighbours at all times.
• No amplified music, late-night noise or outdoor entertaining from 11pm to 9am.
• The house is smoke free. Guest may smoke in the outdoor rear living area.
• Guests are required to take the council rubbish bins out and in.
• Well behaved pets are most welcome. Guests are responsible for their pets and any damage caused.

Terms & conditions

Cancellation Policy:

  • No refunds once full payment has been received. (The booking service fee is non refundable). Onwner will provide you with their bank details for EFT.

Refundable damage deposit:

A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
