A valid Credit Card is required to secure your reservation. Where a valid Credit Card is not available check-in cannot proceed and booking will be cancelled.

100% PRE-PAYMENT IS REQUIRED AT TIME OF BOOKING.

A Security Deposit of $500 is required before arrival for incidentals. Guests will receive a phone call at least 24 hours prior to arrival to confirm guest details, approximate time of arrival and to process security deposit pre-authorisation. This Deposit is fully refundable upon Check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

"Lovely Carmel’s" Carmel’s is great accommodation in the heart of Sorrento. Fantastic location, extremely comfortable beds, perfectly cleaned and presented. The manager Mel, was so accommodating - even found some safety pins for a dress mishap! Excellent stay all round’
