This property is a favourite with our guests as it boasts a full-size kitchen, lounge, dining and has been recently been fully refurbished including a huge shower in the new bathroom. Externally there is a weather-proof outdoor area that includes a Webber BBQ, onsite parking for 2-3 cars that ensures you will be happy to call this home for a night or as long as you wish. Additionally, this property has new furniture and appliances as well as an open fire to keep you cosy warm in winter. Airconditioning for heating/cooling is standard across all of our properties.

With one queen room and another with two king singles, it offers flexible bedding options for the individual or small groups/families.

NO PARTIES POLICY - Mansi on Raymond have a strict no parties' policy.

The number of guests gathered in the townhouses overnight (i.e. after 11pm) must not exceed the sleeping capacity of the townhouse.

Any persons exceeding this number will be considered as trespassers and asked to vacate the premises.

Noise: Noise must be kept to a minimum at all times. If any noise complaints are received from the neighbouring residents you may be asked to leave the premises immediately. Your payment for the accommodation will not be refunded.

Terms & conditions

All bookings - To confirm reservations, valid credit card details are required and a deposit of the full amount will be taken at time of reservation.

Please note that although rooms are paid in full at the commencement of your stay, Mansi on Raymond will also hold a security deposit of $300 for any Town House from the credit card used at the time of booking; this security deposit will be refunded to you within 7 days of checking out pending the condition the townhouse is left in. Payment via credit or debit card will incur a surcharge of up to 1.80%.

Discounted rates may change if guests depart earlier than the date specified on the booking form. Once guests stay has commenced they become financially liable for the entire booking.

Loss or damage of property: The registered guest will be held financially responsible for any loss or damage to property caused during his/her stay. In the case of a townhouse needing excessive cleaning, the registered guest will also be financially responsible. This will automatically be charged to your credit card.

Cleaning: The townhouse will be cleaned prior to your arrival and twice a week during your stay if you are staying for longer than four nights. Your linen will be changed twice a week. Any requests for additional cleaning will incur extra charges. Please note there are no cleaning services on weekends.

Smoking: All townhouses are non-smoking. Smoking in; or in a doorway of a townhouse will incur a $300 fee.

Keys: If you lose your room keys you will be charged a $150 replacement cost.

All breakages, damages, lost, or missing items must be paid for, with the charge made against your credit card to cover replacement or repair costs.
