Payment Policy

At Home Apartments is a NON-GST Registered Business so no portion of this invoice includes GST. For stays in Apartment 1 ABN is 11851842509 or if in Apartment 2 or 3 ABN is 11851842509 Your credit card will be pre authorised for the value of your stay plus a security deposit up to 24 hours before your check in. A holding deposit of 50% will be charged for peak periods. We reserve the right to charge a surcharge on credit card transactions. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations on bookings more than 48 hours ahead of time will be honored. We can't refund any bookings cancelled under 48 hours.
