High amongst the trees overlooking Port Phillip Bay, this beautifully appointed double-storey home is ideal for relaxing weekend escapes and family friendly holiday experiences. Only 1 km to bay beach and 1.5km to ocean beach. 

This home has three large bedrooms (all with built-in robes)and can accommodate up to eight people: 

• Main bedroom has a queen size bed, digital flat screen T.V., air-conditioner and its own Juliette balcony. 
• Second bedroom has two long single beds which can be converted to a king size bed and a built-in robe. 
• Third bedroom has a single bed bunk, a single bed and a single roll out trundle bed. It also has a T.V, DVD player and a split air conditioning unit.

A huge open plan living room looks out to Port Phillip Bay and leads to a deck with BBQ and outdoor eating facilities. There is also a 42" digital flat screen television and a split airconditioning unit. 

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, gas stove and hot plates, large fridge and ample storage space. There is also a large formal dining table which seats eight people comfortably. 

There are two bathrooms. The main bathroom is upstairs and has a toilet, shower, heat lamps and large vanity unit. The downstairs bathroom offers a toilet, basin and a shower/small bath. 

The laundry contains an automatic washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. 

There is gas ducted heating throughout and split air conditioning upstairs and downstairs.

For younger children, a porta cot and a high chair are available. 
The paved driveway leads up to a large carport.
