 Incorporating 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (main bedroom with ensuite and WIR). Outdoor living will be an absolute pleasure and with the front veranda, outdoor gazebos and multiple decks, you are simply spoilt for choice. Inside, the kitchen overlooks the bright meals area and leads seamlessly to the lower deck. Step up to the expansive lounge/ family room which is warmed in winter by the cosy wood fire and bathed in natural light all year round.

From here you will delight in the stunning skyline and treetop vistas, before retreating to the enormous undercover decking, perfect for all weather entertaining. Extras include an inviting swimming pool (complete with a gazebo), double sinks in the main bathroom, polished floor boards and a paved driveway leading to the lock up garage. If you have been looking for beautiful outlooks this is the beach house is for you.

Terms & conditions

Prior to your stay I will call and give you a combination code to access the key box which is located on a veranda pole about two meters from the front door.

Cancellations / Change of Dates: Please be advised that changes will only be possible under exceptional circumstances. In such cases an administration fee of $50.00 is payable. Cancellation of the booking will result in the loss of at least your original deposit or possibly the full payment.

As the owners of the house you have booked we are anxious that you make best use of their home and to this end they have provided some notes regarding things to do, appliances, water etc, which you will find on arrival.

All you will need to bring along is your own linen. Which are towels, top and bottom sheets and pillow cases.        ( doona’s and pillows are provided)

If you have any problems that cannot be solved by reference to these, please call us as soon as you notice a problem.

Note * both bins to be placed out the front next to the road on Sunday night they will be emptied on the Monday morning.

AT THE END OF YOUR STAY:-

We have cleaners organised to do a final clean which includes cleaning bathrooms and floors.  In preparation for this, and in the interest of hygiene, we would greatly appreciate guests attending to the following before departing:

All inside bins emptied and refuse removed from the house and stored in the outside bins. 

Please use bin bags for rubbish and secure these well.

All food stuffs are removed from the fridge and freezer and binned or taken away and the fridge is wiped out and left clean.

All surfaces are wiped clean of food and grease including the griller and barbecue.

All dishes are washed and put away.

All items and furniture belonging to the property are replaced in their original positions and the property is left neat and tidy.

Please place keys when you leave back into the key box and wind the combination a little.

Please Note:

In accordance with your terms & conditions of booking you may be charged for extra cleaning if the cleaners need more than their budgeted time to clean after your stay. Whilst not a common occurrence if we do receive an invoice for extra cleaning this will be debited from your bond.

"Comfortable and a great place for a large group gathering." The property was airy and light and loved the various amounts of 'breakaway' areas. The verandah space (x4) was particularly good as our large group could break away for some quiet time when needed. New Floors look great. Will visit again when we visit the Peninsula.
