LOCATION:

Moonah Woodlands Resort is a short 10 min walk to the Blairgowrie beach or a 2 min drive in the car to the Blairgowrie shops and the Rye City Centre which has a range of shops, cafes and restaurants are close at hand and are no more than 3 minutes away by car. Nestled between the Front and Back Beach, the drive is no longer than 3 to 5 minutes in either direction.

We are so well positioned that we are just an 8 minute drive to the Peninsula Hot Springs and several world class golf courses such as Moonah Links Golf Club. Mornington Peninsula wineries, Dromana Drive-In, Arthurs Seat Mountain and skylift, Enchanted Maze are also all within close reach

KITCHEN AND LIVING AREAS:

Entertain in grand style in the centrally positioned dream kitchen. Fully equipped with Smeg 6 burner gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, coffee machine with complementary coffee pods, four  spacious breakfast bar, two fridges and all the necessary appliances required in creating a perfect meal. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need from pots, pans, glassware, cutlery and crockery, plates etc. There is a four slice toaster as well as a sandwich maker. The kitchen is also stocked with salt, pepper,  various types of tea, coffee, coffee pods, hot chocolate sashes, foil, cling wrap, baking paper, serviettes, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing tablets, first aid box, insect spray and also sunscreen if you have left it behind ! Surrounded by sprawling dining, living and entertaining spaces, all flowing seamlessly to several tranquil outdoor alfresco dining and lounging options. Three  living and two dining areas, a huge dining table seats 8, separate kitchen table seats 6, lots of cosy couches, two large screen TVs, WIFI, billiard table, split system AC, ducted heating, Platinum Foxtel, DVD player, and several board games are all comprised to complete the perfect holiday package. Gas ducted heating downstairs with a Fujitsu AC and heating upstairs.

All six bedrooms are beautifully styled with their own individual colour theme, featuring ceiling to floor windows to create a tranquil enchanted garden outlook. The 3 downstairs bedrooms offer a double bed each with their own private full ensuites with shower, toilets and wash basins. Upstairs are a further 3 bedrooms, all with queen beds and each of these bedrooms have their own balconies. Each bedroom has electric heating. The spacious family bathroom is located upstairs with a full bath, shower and toilet and there is an additional shower and toilet adjacent to the laundry downstairs. Quality linen and Egyptian towels are provided for your comfort.

THE POOL AREA, GARDENS AND OUTDOORS SPACES:

The showpiece focus of this alluring property is the award winning pool and its lavish surroundings. Set amongst a private backdrop of beautiful trees, guests can bask in the sun or under an umbrella on a variety of lounges and sunbeds.  The pool area is fully fenced with glass fences on three sides with gates and the fourth side has posts with wire mesh - the pool safety standards have been approved by Council and meet Australian Standards for fencing and pool safety. Take an outdoor shower amongst the secluded native shrubs, and join your family and friends for a poolside BBQ and dine at the expansive poolside dining table. There is another BBQ that is available for you to use on the deck that opens up from the living area. A stroll around the grounds with a glass of wine reveals hidden seats and secret gardens. There are several decks on the property that you are welcome to use for morning coffee, alfresco dining at the pool or sunset drinks on the back deck overlooking the gardens

PARKING:
There is ample driveway parking for boats, jet skis and cars. Parking is available in the driveway for up to eight cars. There is additional car parking available off street free of charge
