Description
Welcome to Casylvilla .... one of the most restful, relaxing retreats on the magnificent Mornington Peninsula ...
Casylvilla is located among many large and stylish executive homes in the prestigious Country Club Estate in Rosebud. The 50 square metre villa is nestled in an acre of lush green lawns and landscaped gardens where your accommodation is totally private and secluded, yet offering beautiful views of rose gardens, Euro-style patios and entertaining areas.
There is a French Provincial atmosphere at Casylvilla, with rows of Castlewellen trees, hedges of fragrant lavender and even a sunny bistro table and chairs where you can take your morning or afternoon tea as you enjoy a view of the garden.
At Casylvilla, you are close to all that the Peninsula offers - the 36 hole Rosebud Golf and Country Club, on the same estate, is just one of the many championship courses in the area, and a golfer's dream. Breathtaking ocean beaches, restaurants, wineries and weekend markets are all within 20 minutes drive.
The Living Areas:
After a leisurely day exploring the Peninsula, you'll be delighted to return to Casylvilla, your home away from home ...
Casylvilla welcomes you with its separate light-filled sitting room, offering garden views on one side, and the exclusive-use gazebo and outdoor jacuzzi on the other. It is airy and spacious, with ambient lighting, and a cosy retreat in all seasons. Comfortable seating includes a fold-down sofa-bed which extends the available accommodation to four.
The delightful and efficient kitchenette is well equipped with fridge, microwave, range of cooking appliances, and extensive tableware and glassware, making quick meal preparation a breeze.
There are pleasant indoor dining facilities as well as an outdoor barbeque setting, with shady sun umbrella, on your private, secluded brick patio.
You'll be snug and warm in winter with Casylvilla's roaring gas log fire, watching a large flat T.V with DVD and cool in the summer months in reverse-cycle air conditioned comfort.
The Bedroom:
You'll enjoy a good night's sleep after a full day's activities and the fresh Peninsula sea air ...
Relax and sleep late in Casylvilla's separate bedroom with its generous Queen-sized bed, electric blanket, and silent ceiling fan. The clock radio will wake you gently at the appointed time.
A large built-in robe will accommodate all your holiday luggage, even on an extended stay.A second large flat screen T.V
Casylvilla has a stylish new fully-tiled ensuite with a large and luxurious shower. You'll enjoy a good selection of guest toiletries.
Fine thread-count linen and quality bath towels are also supplied. However, if you plan to hit the sand and surf, you may care to pack beach towels.
Private Spa Bath
In a lush setting among Australian native trees, just adjacent to Casylvilla's private entrance and visible from your sitting room, a western red cedar gazebo awaits you ...
Inside the gazebo, with its clear skylight, a four-person jacuzzi has been installed for your pleasure and exclusive use.
After dusk, the foliage is illuminated with subtle uplights and the atmosphere at night is romantic and relaxing as you lie back and enjoy the soothing benefits of a hot hydrotherapy spa. Thousands of tiny bubbles massage every part of your body, and you emerge invigorated and revitalised.
The jacuzzi jets can be changed to different settings to accommodate your mood: strong jets of water to massage away stress and tension, or a turbo-charge to add froth and bubble to your holiday.
Sip a glass of champagne as you unwind and contemplate the next day's activities ...
Dine in, or out?

I visited 8 years ago and loved it so chose to return with my husband for his birthday for 3 nights. Although still a clean and homy feel, maintenance clearly has not been done over the years. A little disappointing this time given the price paid per night. We also missed not having a small carton of milk at least for coffee like most accommodation provide as bear essentials. Roger on the other hand is a lovely chap and attended to required repairs immediately. Very secluded & quiet. Thank you!

I had the loveliest stay! Lots of greenery and a beautiful escape from the noise. The hot tub was luscious and enough kitchen facilities to cook your own food. Close to all the action whether you like beaches or wineries, this is the place for time out in the Peninsula.

"An excellent property and our hosts were very friendly, respectful & helpful - thank-you."An excellent property, quiet and peaceful location. The unit, surrounding gardens and spa are a great hideaway from the busy holiday makers without being too far from all the attractions the penninsula has to offer.
