We where greeted by a very attentive and engaged team at reception. When we got to our room it was very cold, the heating wasn't on and the fire wasn't lit, it took at least an hour to warm and two to be comfortable. The room was quite small but cosy, the positioning of the TV unusual you couldn't see it from the bed, the only place to watch was from a tiny two seater couch in a little alcove. The spa in the middle of the room was nice, very loud though we had to turn off after 15 mins.

The room was even more attractive than via pictures on the net. The room was spacious and very tastefully decorated.The staff couldn't do enough to make your stay a memorable one.

The moment we arrived at the property we knew we had made the right choice! The Loft in the Mill was certainly the most beautiful and memorable place we ever stayed in. If not for the equally beautiful surroundings that we would also like to savour during our short stay e.g. the rhododendron gardens and Sassafras village we would be content just to laze around in our suite. We just loved it! The Management was very generous with supplies and we are very happy to have made the acquaintance with Brad & Donna and Heather...they are such lovely people, very friendly and helpful.We would love to come back!
