Garden Cottage: Step back in time in this quaint 1920's cottage, complete with an old fashioned four poster bed, cast iron claw-foot bath, open fire with convict brick surround, ducted heating and French doors leading onto the covered balcony. You will have the pleasure of cooking your bacon and eggs on the original Kooka stove. There is digital tv, dvd, ipod dock, candles and incence. Just 500m from the villages and set back on the top side of the property, the Garden cottage gets the best views of our botanical gardens.

There is also an extra single bed. *price is based on one couple (extra person charge applies).

Como Cottage is the cosiest cottage of all. Featured in the Age Traveller, it features an open plan arrangement with queen sized bed, open fire, gas heating, two-person corner spa, kitchen nook with Early Kooka stove, high ceiling above the bed and outdoor decking with table and chairs. There is digital tv, dvd and cd, hifi system too. Just a short stroll from the shops and restaurants.

Mills Cottage: This cottage is ideal for romantics and weekenders alike. An impressive cottage with a half spiral wooden staircase leading to the upstairs bedroom with old fashioned four poster bed, coloured glass window and French doors going out to the balcony. There is also a two-person corner spa, open fire, and kitchen on the ground floor with a mixture of polished floor boards and brickwork floors. 1 child is welcome and will sleep on a fold out bed in the loungeroom.

Lavender Cottage: Located in the Olinda Village, this cottage can accommodate up to 4 people as it has 2 bedrooms. The attic style upstairs features a queen sized bed, two-person corner spa, dormer windows and original 'C' class tram doors leading out to the balcony overlooking your own private garden. Downstairs is the second bedroom with a double bed, kitchen and sunken lounge room with open fire and eating nook. *Price is based on one couple using one bedroom. If 2 singles require 2 bedrooms an extra linen/cleaning fee applies. Please do not book this cottage for only one couple during school holidays and long weekends.

Cotswald Cottage: This cottage is the largest of them all and is also located in the Olinda Village. It has three bedrooms, each with a double bed. Open plan lounge room and dining room means you can entertain comfortably with the open fire and gas heating in winter and the veranda and garden in the warmer months. There is a large kitchen with a Kooka stove, two-person corner spa in the bathroom and off street, undercover parking. Families, wedding parties and girls weekends enjoy this spacious cottage as well as one romantic couple might. * Price is based on one couple using one bedroom. If there are 2 or 3 singles using 2 or 3 bedrooms an extra linen/cleaning fee applies. Please do not book this cottage during school holidays and long weekends if only 2 people.
