The Cottage, also known as the Barn, is suitable for up to 6 guests with large verandas to capture those stunning mountain views or chill out and relax and over a glass of bubbly.

The Barn is completely self-contained and detached from the property’s main dwelling. It is tastefully decorated with early Australian antiques, yet offering modern day furnishings and with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with spa bath and separate showers, fully equipped kitchen and dining area and laundry.

The Coachouse is suitable for 4 guests. It was once an out-building and has been totally refurbished to an accentuate it’s original features, with views from every window into the garden and over the ranges. The Coachouse boasts 2 stunning bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms, one with a deep bath and the other with a double spa, a combined lounge and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry.

The Homestead is suitable for 2 guests. The suite is separate with its own entrance. It comprises of a queen bedroom, double spa bath with separate shower, large living and dining area, and a beautiful sunroom with views into the garden overlooking the Valley.

All our accommodation includes breakfast provisions, large luxurious Egyptian cotton bed-linen, luxury pillows and fluffy towels, large plasma screen T.Vs and DVD players.

Any damange to the property by guests or friends visiting will be charged accordinally and any additional cleaning costs will be charged or if any damages are not reported - linen, crockery, floors, furniture, building or any other costs to Gracehill Management that needs to be repaired professionally.

Please read our terms and conditions before making a booking as the terms with a booking will be regarded as acceptance of the terms and condtions below.

  • The Homestead is not suitable for children, except for infants in a portable cot.
  • A portable cot is available to hire for $10, including linen.
  • Highchairs are available.
  • All rates include generous breakfast ingredients for the first two days of your stay.
  • Gift vouchers available.
  • Check in time is 2.00pm and check out is 11.00am.
  • We collect your credit card details before your stay and reserve the right to charge your credit card for any damages made during your stay. An additional $50 per hour cleaning fee may also apply if the property is left in an unruly condition.
  • We do not accommodate pets on our property.
  • We are happy to accommodate brides, bridesmaids, grooms and groomsmen, but we must be notified prior to the booking being accepted.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking we accept Mastercard, Visa or Direct deposit.

The balance will be charged to the nominated credit card or cash on the day of arrival and unfortunately we do not accept cheques on the day.

CANCELLATION POLICY : Cancellation within 14 days is refundable if the accommodation is re-booked and failure to arrive the deposit is forfeit and the remainder of the balance is payable.

  • Bookings can be transferred to another date, if arranged 14 days prior to your stay.
  • Failure to arrive, the deposit is forfeited and the remainder of the balance is payable.
  • A four week cancellation notice applies to all bookings made during holiday periods including Christmas, New Year, school holidays, Easter and long weekends.

PLEASE NOTE: Any refund attracts a $50 handling fee to cover our cost and if the booking is through booking site an additional cost is applied.

With 3 adults and 2 children we stayed in the ''barn''.Immactuatly prepared accomodation with everything on hand ready to use.A picturesque and authentic location with a character very true to the Dandenongs.Fantastic place for a long weekend or overnight.Well worth another visit.

Beautiful accommodation in the heart of Dandenong Ranges. Very peaceful, magnificent views and great hospitality received. Definitely recommended for a young family, playground on premises was a big hit with the kids and the hamper of goodies to support our visit was amazing! Do yourself a favor and make an enquiry about staying at Gracehill Cottage today!

Gracehill cottage is very warm and inviting, especially arrving there with the fireplace already burning and soft music playing in the background. My experience there was expcetional and I definitely recommend it to any couple or for a girls weekened away. It could do with another bathroom but other than that it was great!
