The Monash Apartments are 3 Bedroom Townhouse style apartments. Terms & conditions

A Deposit of one night's accommodation will be charged on each booking. Any cancellations for Motel Rooms need to be made 24 hours or more before arrival, otherwise deposit will not be refunded. If Apartments are cancelled at any time, no refund is applicable on deposits.

The Lamplighter Motel requires Photo ID from all arriving guests on check-in. If Photo ID cannot be produced on request the Lamplighter Motel reserves the right to refuse the booking/s and no refund/s will be applicable on any deposit/s held. Cancellation Policy: 24 Hours Notice required for motel bookings.

If cancelled on same day one night's accommodation will be charged. For No Shows, full accommodation cost will be charged. Cancellations the day before Public Holiday will incur the cost of one night's accommodation. ALL APARTMENT BOOKINGS WILL BE CHARGED A DEPOSIT OF ONE NIGHT'S ACCOMMODATION AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. THIS IS NON-REFUNDABLE AT ANY STAGE OF CANCELLATION. If Apartment bookings are cancelled less than 7 days before arrival, the guest will be liable for the whole accommodation cost of the booking.
