Getting There
Harbour Escape Apartments is located on the waterfront at NewQuay Docklands, just off Docklands Drive.

We are approximately 15 minutes from Melbourne Airport and a Shuttle bus service is available from the airport.

Southern Cross Train station is approximately a 10 to 15 minute walk from our apartments.

Harbour Escape Apartments is easily accessible by a number of FREE tram services including the Free City Circle Tram.

 

Parking Info
We offer free secure under-cover car parking for guests, 1 car space per apartment.

Additional Car parking may be arranged subject to availability at $15 per night.

A public car park is also available on Docklands Drive at $16.00 per night.

All cancellations will forfeit 50% deposit paid to accommodation provider at the time of booking

  • The Guest must provide photo ID, and a credit card (NOT DEBIT / PRE-PAID CARD) to cover incidental charges. The authorized signatory for the credit card must be a registered guest. (this is taken in the form of a signed credit card imprint & /or $500 - $1000 pre-authorization) / alternatively a cash bond will accepted and returned to guest upon checkout subject to a room inspection.
  • Management reserves the right to cancel/make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.Management reserves the right to enter the property for the purpose of inspection, maintenance or for purpose of ensuring the by-laws are being observed.Building facilities : Unfortunately we cannot guarantee availability of building facilities beyond our control * note facilities may be closed at any-time for repair & pool may be closed over the colder winter months.The number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Receipt.  Additional fees per person per night will apply.The Guest must notify the Manager immediately upon becoming aware of any defects, damage or faults to any fixtures, fittings, chattels or furnishings.Smoking is not permitted inside the property.  Smoking on the balcony is okay.
  • No animals are permitted in the apartment.
  • PARTIES / FUNCTIONS / GROUP GATHERINGS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Our apartments are located in Residential Towers.  Disturbance to neighbours, including excessive noise, is strictly prohibited. Your co-operation is greatly appreciated as any breach of this policy will result in eviction without refund, and a minimum $1000 fine will be incurred.

Check in: is after 2pm. Every effort is made to have your apartment ready for occupation by the time you arrive. Guests are supplied with complimentary tea, coffee and other essentials / toiletries on arrival. (apartments are not serviced)
Check out: is before 10am. Delays to cleaning staff due to late checkout will be charged at $55 per hour. The property must be left in a clean and tidy state, including the disposal of all rubbish and washing up done. Standard cleaning services following your departure are included in your rates. Additional cleaning charges will be forwarded on to guests.

"We loved our stay in this beautifully renovated apartment, close to everything!" The location was excellent - it was very close to our conference location in Melbourne CBD and the walk to the venue was beautiful!

The apartment is cosy with a well equipped kitchen. Everything was sparkling clean and the bed was very comfortable. Easy walking distance to Errol Street shops and cafe's and handy for the hospital precinct. Quiet area.

Good accommodation that's close to everything. Tony and Suzie were quick with responding to me, and we're really nice to let me leave my car at the apartment while we went to hospital appointments. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable bed. Excellent shower and laundry facilities. Free secure parking. The close proximity to the tram made getting around Melbourne really hassle free.
