Sleeping upto six people. The main bedroom features a sumptuous queen size bed with quality bed linen. The second bedroom offers superb twin king single beds, the lounge room also includes a comfortable queen size sofa bed with innerspring mattress on slats for additional guests. Roll in single bed, cot and highchair available for children.

Brookfield is self-catering accommodation with a modern fully equiped kitchen.

With stunning valley views and mountain creek frontage,  stroll through the extensive gardens and watch the myriad of resident birds. Enjoy a spa or swim in the solar heated pool or in the cooler months snuggle up by the wood heater, glass of King Valley wine in hand.

Not forgetting the family, Brookfield is unique in that while you relax, the children can enjoy exploring the Maze, playing Bocce/Petanque, giant chess and checkers.

Brookfield Guest House: from $250 per night (1 to 2 people). A surcharge of $55 per additional person, per night, applies for up to 4 extra peopleCheck in time:   4:00 PM - 8.00PM Check out time: Before 10:00AM Early check-in and late check-out available by prior arrangementNo pets please. This is a non-smoking establishment.Any wilful property damaged will be charged at replacement value.Guests agree to leave the premises in a clean and tidy state upon departure as it was found at check-in. In the event of failure to do so, additional cleaning fees may apply and will be charged to the credit card used for payment.

Booking Terms

Cancellation of bookings with less than 48hrs notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No refund will be provided if you don't show.Important note re COVID-19. Please be aware of the current risk of travel restrictions being imposed due to COVID-19, which may not be covered by travel insurance. If you are unable to travel due solely to mandatory travel restrictions and/or lock-downs, we will assist you with moving your booking within 12 months of cancellation. If you instead request a full cancellation, we will refund your booking less a 10% cancellation fee.No pets please.This is a non-smoking establishment.Any wilful property damaged will be charged at replacement value.Pre-payment of the 50% deposit may be charged any time after the booking was made. The balance of the booking is due and will be charged within 7 days of arrival.Note that payments may appear as  " I Pay Travel Booking "  or  " Brookfield Maze "   on your credit card statement.
