Duck Inn is the Newest Hotel in Mount Buller Village. Customer Service is our number 1 focus. All our rooms are NON-Smoking.

Duck Inn has been rebuilt from ground up in 2013 and offers brand new facilites.  Centrally heated with super comfortable beds, awesome Restaurant food and Quality Ski/Snowboard Hire.

Our rooms include Queen size beds and ensuites. All linen is provided and so is breakfast. Located within the village, walking distance to most of the nightlife and Restaurants, and with the free 4WD shuttle service at the door to transport you to ski school.

For guests booking directly by telephone with Duck Inn or online at duckinnmtbuller.com the Duck Inn Restaurant offers a complimentary 3 Course Meal from 1 July 2016 till 28 August 2016. Complimentary Dinner is ONLY available between 5.00pm and 7.00pm, is subject to availability and reservation must be made prior to 5.00pm. ONLY the items on the menu are included in the Complimentary offer. Special dietary requirements are NOT included in the tariff.

THE DUCK INN SKI HIRE SHOP OFFERS FULL RANGE OF DOWNHILL SKIS AND SNOWBOARDS.
Ski, Board and Clothing Hire Shop - located on site with best value pricing.

We also offer tuning services if you already have your equipment. We are open till late so when you check in, we can have you fitted out the evening before you go skiing. 

If you hire your equipment off the mountain (Mansfield or elsewhere), if anything goes wrong with it, you will need to drive down back to where you hired it and waste valuable ski time.

If you hire with us, you just come back to the ski shop and we will immediately provide replacement equipment - no hassles.

Directions

Mount Buller is an approximate three hour drive north east of Melbourne.

From Melbourne drive through the Yarra Valley to Yea or through Seymour to Yea, and then continue to Mansfield.

From Mansfield, take the scenic road to Mount Buller.

At the base of Mt Buller (Mirimbah) you will be required to stop at the gate entry point and pay a fee to enter the resort. Once through the gate entry point, continue to Mt Buller.

MT BULLER Snow Guarantee
A ‘snow guarantee’ package gives you a money-back guarantee less booking charge of 20% on all prepaid accommodation, lift ticket and lesson packages, in the event that insufficient snow cover prevents our ‘snow guarantee’ lifts from operating within two days of the scheduled arrival date. The ‘snow guarantee’ covers a wide range of beginner and intermediate ski areas.

Cancellations & refunds
- Cancellations in writing and received by Duck Inn more than 30 days prior to booked arrival date will be given a refund less 20% booking fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 30 days of booked arrival date. Insurance is recommended.
- Duck Inn reserves right to cancel a reservation if the guest has not yet checked in and registered at the hotel. Duck Inn will provide a full refund within 7 working days of such cancellation and advise the guest of the cancellation by email.

SKI HIRE
Our Ski Hire Shop offers a full range of downhill skis and snowboards. We also offer tuning services if you already have your equipment. We are open till late so when you check in, we can have you fitted out the evening before you go skiing. If you also pre-order the ski lift tickets through us, when you get up in the morning, there will be no queues to line up in, just head straight for the slopes.
