Conditions of stay
When planning your stay, please be aware that our check-in time is from 2:00 pm and the check out time on your day of departure is 10:00 am. Should you require times earlier or later, they are subject to availability and may incur an additional day use charge.

Keyless Entry
All 5Knots apartments are keyless entry. A four (4) digit pin will be sent via SMS to you the morning of your arrival date. Please advise prior to this time if you would like to have a personalised pin.

Parking
One bedroom apartments have 1 car park, two and three bedrooms have two car parks allocated. Car parking is numbered the same as your apartment number. Parking is on-site and undercover.

Boat/Trailer Parking
Please advise if you are planning on bringing a boat and trailer.

Cancellations
Full payment of your accommodation is to be paid upon booking.
In the event of your plans being changed, more than 60 days notice will receive a full credit, less a service charge of $50.
If less than 60 days notice of cancellation is received your full deposit is forfeited unless the apartment can be rebooked, in this instance a partial refund will be available.

"Very enjoyable place to stay. Good value and great location. Would recommend to others." 5 Knots is in a great location being only a couple of minutes walk to the town center and right on the water with good views. Our apartment was modern with up market appliances that were all very new and with full cooking facilities. Room was very clean with a very comfortable bed with free WiFi. Our Room looked out on Lake King which was nice but if a choice was available at time of booking I would opt to be on the Bancroft Bay side overlooking the boats and wharf but that is just personal preference. Metung is such a great, quiet spot and highly recommend place to visit.

"A very comfortable stay!" A well equipped and beautifully located apartment. It was perfect for our 2 night stay to explore the area. Loved being right across the road from the lake... lots of birds and a fabulous sunset. Perfect for our needs!

"Luxurious lake view apartment in good location" Modern spacious apartment with good view of the lake and everything there to make the stay comfortable. Quality appliances, comfortable large bed, the biggest spa possible, storage space, bench space and heated floor in bathroom. Responsive and helpful staff.
