Description

Lorne Ocean View Holiday Accommodation has stunning panoramic views of Louttit Bay. It is in a great location being only a 5 min walk from Lorne’s iconic Swing Bridge and beautiful sandy beach. Lorne’s only foodstore is also within a 5 minute walk, an additional 5 minutes will take you into the centre of Lorne with all it's cafés, restaurants and shops. 

This beautiful property easily accommodates 8 people on 3 levels. There are 4 bedrooms plus a rumpus room which can accommodate 2 children on sofa beds if required. 

Views. The views particularly from the upper deck are stunning. The photo on the home page was taken from the deck. Whether it is summer or winter, the view is amazing. 

Bedrooms. The property has 4 bedrooms plus flexibility of using rumpus if needed. No matter what combination of people you have, you should be able to accommodate them. All of the following combinations could be accommodated: 5 couples, 2 couples and 6 children/teenagers/singles, 1 couple and 8 children/teenagers/singles. 

Location. The property is within a 5 minute walk of the swing bridge and adjacent beach. This section of beach is great as it isn't as crowded as near the surf club. It is also a 5 minute walk to the supermarket. Lorne has a combination of views, beach, cafes/restaurants/shops and lots to do. The last few kilometres drive along Great Ocean Rd to Lorne is stunning. 

Facilities. The property is very well equipped. We have included Foxtel and Wifi to provide the ability to work remotely if needed and keep in contact. Foxtel includes FoxSports so that you can keep across your favourite footy team during the cooler month. The log fire ensures you will be cosy in winter and a reverse cycle air conditioner will keep you cool in summer.

Linen is not provided unless special arrangements are made.  Pilllows, doonas, doona covers and light blankets are provided.  The Guests must provide bottom sheet, top sheet, pillow slips for all beds used and towels/bath mats as required.   Linen hire can be arranged at additional cost.

Guests are responsible for theirs and their visitors' behaviour.   Any anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated.  Guests must not create noise which is offensive to neighbours especially between 10pm- 8am and during arrival and departure at any time throughout the occupancy.   Breach of this could result in eviction and/or loss of security deposit.

Wifi based internet is provided to guests at no cost.  This is subject to reasonable use and downloading of videos/TV via torrents is not permitted as not only is it illegal, but it would threaten the service provision to the property.   In order to provide reasonable use to all guests, download is capped at 500MB/day.  
 
Smoking is not permitted inside the property at any time.
 
Pets are not allowed.
 
BBQ may be used but is to be cleaned before departure.  Failure to do so will result in additional cleaning charges.

External rubbish bins should be put out on nature strip on Sunday night if applicable.  Owner will advise guest in advance of this needs done and which bin/s need to be left out.  Failure to do this will incur a fee of $50 to pay an contractor to collect and empty the bins such that they are empty for next guest.

At completion of visit, guest should ensure:
- house is left in similar condition to what it was on arrival
- bins in house should be emptied into external bins
- fridge should be emptied
- dishes should be washed and put away or in the dishwasher and on a wash cycle

"Wonderful location and configuration" Everything about my stay from my initial enquiry through to check-out was awesome. I highly appreciated the prompt responses to my enquiry about the property and found Paul excellent to deal with. The property was conveniently located so it was just a short 700m walk to Foodworks for groceries. The configuration of bedrooms and bathrooms was ideal for a family and I would readily return to this property when I am returning to Lorne. Highly recommend.
