Beautiful all year round.  A five star luxury house designed  for spacious yet cosy  living in the summer and winter months. Lakes Entrance is a perfect holiday destination 365 days a year. This up market property comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests.

This  42 square property provides luxury, contemporary  design and spacious comfort for extended family groups to share.

The house and studio comfortably accommodates guests in quality king or queen beds, in five well appointed bedrooms. There are four luxury bathrooms. The entry level has one king and two queen bedrooms and two bathrooms. The lower level has a queen bedroom and bathroom, and the studio has a queen bed, two single beds and a bathroom.

This magnificent, comfortable family home has grandstand views over Bass Strait and the foreshore.

The property has beautifully landscaped gardens with extensive outdoor entertaining areas and privacy from neighbours. It is conveniently close to town, yet far enough away for peace and quiet.

Panoramic windows and high ceilings enhance the beautiful ocean views. Doors open onto spacious decks from most rooms. The North facing courtyard is a private  sun trap.        

The lower level has a living room with kitchen facilities to service the BBQ area on the extensive deck overlooking sea views. This spacious area provides a perfect cool retreat from the summer heat. 
 
The property has generous open spaces in all three living areas. 

The chefs kitchen is located on the entry level. It has space for three or more cooks to work at once. It has top of the range appliances, including two convection microwaves, steam oven, dishwasher and fridge with filtered water & automatic ice maker. All small electric appliances, china, cutlery, glassware and cooking equipment are provided.

The laundry is fully equipped with 2 washing machines a dryer and outside drying  lines. 

Our quality beds have Doona's with covers, underlays, pillows and pillow protectors. Electric blankets are provided in the cooler months. Fans are provided in all bedrooms for the summer.

Hire bed linen and towels are available if required. Bath mats and tea towels are provided.

Complimentary Internet, FOXTEL and NETFLIX are provided for your enjoyment. The property has TV in most rooms and 3 DVD players.

Firewood is provided for the dual wood heater.

We have off street parking for up to five vehicles including a boat and trailer.

EXCITING THINGS TO DO IN LAKES ENTRANCE AND SURROUNDING AREAS .

Lakes Aquadome (swimming pools / gym / tennis courts) 5 minute walk.

Easily accessible to 90 Mile Beach, via Eastern Beach or Ocean Beach via the footbridge in the centre of the town. Golf course, bush walks, bike tracks and national parks. 

Excellent fishing in local lakes, rivers, and ocean.
Hire a Putt Putt or fish for sand crabs and mussels from the rock walls on Bullock Island. Buy your fish from the daily catch straight from the fishing boats. 

Take an Eco tour on the lakes to see our unique dolphin population and amazing bird life. 

Take a boat cruise to the winery for lunch. Visit the limestone caves at Buchan. Take a drive to Paynesville to see the Koala's on Raymond Island,  to Bruthen to try the boutique beers at the Bullant Brewery, to Metung for a pub meal on the waterfront, or to Lakes Tyers Beach for a meal at the Waterwheel Tavern.

Lots of local attractions to entertain adults and children. Skate park, playgrounds, paddle boats, paddle boards, kayaks, mini golf courses, trampolines, basketball, tennis and squash. 

Take in a movie at the cinema. Take the picturesque 2km walk along the lakefront from the footbridge to Bullock Island, walk from the golf course to Lake Bunga, or take a short drive for the Lonely Bay bush walk.
