1b)  Budget motel room -  .with no cooking facilities or air conditioning.  Queen bed (with linen), sofa, microwave & basic crockery  cutlery. Plus small table & kitchen chairs.   Shower & toilet - perfect for an over night stop or extra bedroom

Lazy Acre & Driftwood House are in a quiet location, a 5 min walk to shops, lake, footbridge to 90 Mile Beach with pristine golden sands & rolling waves, clubs, mini golf & restaurants.  4 min drive to boat ramps, fishing charters, 2 golf courses, 'Gippsland Lakes' Cruises & bowling green.

 

3a) High Tide Holiday Unit NOT located at LAZY ACRE  ..but on Marine Parade opposite the North Arm waterway, walking trail, boat ramp & beach area.   Enjoy the sunshine streaming in the panoramic windows whilst looking over the waterways.  You have a wonderful ground level, water views from bedroom & lounge room. Terms & conditions

DEPOSIT

We require a deposit to secure booking dates by credit card, direct debit transfer ... or personal cheque with advanced bookings is acceptable.

Long week ends, school holidays, Easter, January and December require 1/3 of full amount as a deposit - due within 2 days of booking. 

Less than 4 night booking in low or meduim season, will require a credit card on hold.    More that 4 nights require a deposit of 1/3 to secure your dates.

CANCELLATIONS:
If cancellation is less than 30 days before arrival - dates must be fully rebooked for a part refund.  
With very short notification of guests cancellation and, if cancelled dates are not fully rebooked, guest maybe liable for full amount owing
 

TERMS OF OCCUPANCY

The person named on the booking slip is deemed to be the "guest" and they are responsible for all members of their group,family and visitors.

All children, toddlers & people must be declaired at time of booking. No extra people - other than that is stated on booking slip.

No crab cooking in the cottages or on the property is permitted.

Noise must be restrict after 10.30 pm and before 8am
No smoking in cottages  - with ash trays on veranda.  No animals, tents or fires permitted.
All damage of property and loss of trade created by the guest, or family or friends of the " guest" must be paid for by the "guest" .
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking at any time from any person reasonably believed to:
            Not be the person named on the booking request  
            May cause damage to the property of Lazy Acre or other guests
            May exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour
            Be younger than 18 years and not accompanied by a responsible person over 18.
