Just bring your personal item*This house is ideal for everyone. Families, singles, couples, business travelers, groups, insurance, wedding guests, interstate, overseas or busy local city guests can relax in the fresh air here.

LIVING AREA
The whole house has central heating and split system cooling available.
The large living room with full length windows, faces south and lets in plenty of natural light and is open with the dining room and kitchen.
The lounge room and dining room has air cooling and plenty of room to move. There are 2 large comfortable couches to relax with the home entertainment, including DVD player the wall-mounted LG 50 inch TV. It has Youtube and free Netflix, streaming thousands of movies, documentaries, TV shows and kids movies for cosy nights and wet days. 
There is a supply of books and family movies and a Nintendo Wii game console and some challenging games. 
* Free high speed wireless internet is available all the time. (WiFi)

KITCHEN
The kitchen, which faces the large private garden, has plenty of natural light and room for cooking. There is a stove, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher and lots of cupboards with cooking pots and pans.  

* We provide a top of the line Nespresso Original Capsule Machine which uses Nespresso or Starbucks capsules. On the day you move in we provide fresh milk, tea, coffee and biscuits. 

3 LARGE BEDROOMS
 We supply high quality Sheridan bed covers and pillow cases and all linen and doonas and covers. There are coat hangers in the wardrobe.
All the beds and mattresses are supplied from Snooze. 
— The first bedroom has a KING SIZED bed and a wall mounted 50 inch Samsung smart TV and split system air-conditioner and ceiling fan and full length mirror.
— The second bedroom has a QUEEN SIZED Bed  and a wall-mounted TV and ceiling fan and 2 full length mirrors.
— The 3rd bedroom has two comfy real single beds and a split system.

 Up to 6 people can stay here comfortably.  

BATHROOM
The bathroom has a bath and a shower. The toilet is private and next to the bathroom in a separate room with its own door. — we provide high quality bath towels, face towels and mats. There is an initial supply of shampoo and soap and toilet paper.
Next is the large laundry with an 8 kg AEG front load washing machine and dryer stacked on top. There is an initial supply of detergent. Please don’t overload washer or dryer for the best cleaning results. Only use half a scoop of powder. Check the lint filter and clean it before use.
The laundry door has a  fly screen security door with a large dog door.

OUTDOORS
The large fenced garden, is secure and pet friendly and is the perfect outdoor space for you or a family to relax. Enjoy the 3 gas burner barbecue under the large covered veranda. The fabulous large outdoor dining table set has many comfortable outdoor chairs. Fences keep pets secure in the garden with easy access. There is an automatic gate from the driveway.
Watch out that your car doors are closed when you open and shut the gate.
There is a car port, with easy access via a wide drive-way allowing free parking for 4 cars. More cars can park in the wide and quiet street at No charge.
