Terms & conditions


To secure the booking a deposit of 50% of the tariff is payable in advance and the balance of the tariff to be paid 21 days before your arrival.  The deposit confirms that you have read the rental conditions and is required to secure your booking. A refundable security deposit is also required 21 days before your arrival.The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days, subject to the conditions being met. 
The tariff paid is not refundable when cancellation is caused by the client unless the house is re-let for the same period.

Check-in is 2pm and check-out is 10am to allow preparation of the property for the next guests.

We endeavour to have the house perfect for your stay so we ask that you observe to the following conditions.
The number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the confirmation notice or subsequently agreed in to writing.
The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Parties and functions are not permissible. 
Any damage, breakage, theft or loss will be the guests’ responsibility during their stay and will be charged accordingly. The person/s whose names are on the booking form are responsible for all persons and pets whether staying at Killarney Beach House or are visitors of guests.
Please leave the property in the same condition as on arrival. For hygiene purposes pets are not allowed on the beds or furniture.

Please do not disturb neighbours and/or their livestock (this includes your dog). Nuisance behaviour may result in termination of stay and loss of security deposit.

We take no responsibility for guests’ personal property and the safety of guests, their pets and their visitors.
