Enjoy the sights and delights of Port Fairy, Koroit and the City of Warrnambool just 6 minutes away where there are many restaruants, cafes to enjoy delicious meals. A must see is Tower Hill State Game Reserve where you can enjoy this unique reserve where koalas, emus,kangaroos and the many birdlife are in their natural habitat. Tower Hill is an extinct volcano.

Directions

Travel the A1 (Princes Highway) to Warrnambool then travel on A1 for about 15 minutes and you will come through Illowa, then 5 minutes on you will see a sign for Killara on highway, turn left of highway down Mugavins Road then there is another sign saying Killara next on left. (Do not go into the 80 zone turn just after sign on Highway,)

Number of guests should not exceed the number you stated on confirmation.

Any damage breakage or theft will be the responsibility of the guest who booked and will be charged accordiingly.

Please leave the property in the same condition as upon arrival.

No Pets inside.

Children must be supervised at all times.

Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund (minus the booking service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
  • 50% refund (minus the booking service fee) if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.
  • No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.
