Credit card preauthorisation is required upon checkin along with Photo ID.  Payment of accommodation is payable upon arrival unless otherwise preauthorized by Management.  Apartment Access Card/s to apartment must be returned to reception upon departure.  A replacement fee for all card/s not returned does apply and will oncharged to the guests card as supplied.  The person/s registering as the guest/s shall be liable for any loss or damage to the apartment including appliances, furniture, locks, cards, fixtures and all fitting in Apartment.  Fair wear and tear excluded.  BEAUMONT KEW shall not be responsible for, or liable to compensate for the loss, theft or damage of personal property on, or brought into the apartment or in the immediate vicinity of the complex.  In the event that the business or company of the guest is unable to or refuses to pay any amount due, the Guests shall be liable to pay on demand any amount owing under this agreement.   The number of gusts declared on the Guest Registration Form is the manimum number allowed in the apartment at any time.  QualitySuites BEAUMONT KEW reserves the right to terminate the reservation immediately, without a refund.  For the comfort and well being of all our guests, please note that smoking is NOT permitted ion the premises of Quality Suites BEAUMONT KEW - charges applies with a minimum fee of $350 applies for non compliance.

"Good" We upgraded our accommodation to a 2 bedroom suite because of an added guest - staff were very accommodating. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of space for us all. Not far to walk to a good mixture of shops.
