THE SPACE

For a beautiful, eco and allergy free conscious, 5 star beach side holiday experience on the Bunurong Coastline, Inverloch. Choose from the patrolled surf beach or safe inlet beach only 500 metres away with a few bikes to cruise down. Perfect spot for families, couples and multi couple groups. Surrounded by beautiful native vegetation with outdoor dining and BBQ. On the hot sunny days there is plenty of shade to relax under.

This beach house is a excellent place to relax. French sliding doors takes you outside to a deck and large back yard. With limed floorboards, white walls and lots of natural light throughout creating a serene ambiance. Features 5 star extras such as 100% Bamboo sheets, Alpaca doonas and a choice of allergy free pillows. All 3 bedrooms have built in robes. There are panel heaters in each bedroom for the cooler nights and spare blankets for extra warmth. Main bathroom featuring a deep 1700mm long 'Kaldewei' steel bath and Toilet room including vanity. Sleeping up to six guests. All linen & towels are provided include organic hand & shower soap.
The open living and dining area includes dining table seating eight, DVD/Blu Ray player, Bluetooth speaker system and free Wireless internet. A selection of DVD's and games.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an 800mm s/steel upright oven/grill, gas cook top & microwave incl tea towels. Organic variety of teas, coffee & soy milk.
Fully equipped laundry including ironing facilities.
Focused on an eco, allergy friendly conscious house. The living area and all bedrooms include ceiling fans and eco panel heaters for a clean air environment. Reverse cycle cooling & heating is also available.
There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water to wash off the sand after a day at the beach.
The property is fully secure with a lockable sliding front gate.

A locked key box code for house key will be provided one week prior to checking in

You have access to everything on the property except under the house which is out of bounds.

We won't be available in person but you are welcome to contact us during your stay if needed. It can be arranged if you require special assistance in person.

• Weekdays minimum stay 2 nights @ $285 per night
• Weekends minimum stay 2 nights @ $315 per night
• Long weekend minimum stay 3 nights @ $310 per night (4 nights Easter and Cup Day weekends)
• Christmas holiday period minimum stay
• 4 nights 16th to 23rd Dec @ $295 per night
• 4 nights 27th Dec to 31st Jan - @ $350 per night
• Note: Stay 7 nights anytime during the year and receive a 14% discount
• Available for longer stays if required - 1 month 45% discount - up to max of 6 months rate negotiable.
