Blue Views Inverloch

This fantastic beach house is light, bright, homely and very comfortable, summer or winter and is truly a home away from home with everything you need for your stay. Blue Views has a lovely feel about it and welcomes you the moment you walk in the door.

Blue Views is a split level holiday home to take advantage of ocean views, and is situated on the surf beach side of Inverloch, about a 10 minute walk to beaches via quiet leafy streets and paths, and 1.5 kmh into town centre. Walking paths start right out the front of the house and take you to the various stunning beaches.

The large upstairs living area opens out onto a wide veranda so you can relax and watch the world go by during the day or the millions of stars at night. The veranda area can be enclosed with blinds which come to it's floor and make additional living space. Ceiling fans in living area, plenty of comfy lounge seating and large dining table.

3 of the 4 bedrooms open onto large veranda's and on warm nights it's lovely to sleep with the sliding doors open and listen to the roar of the ocean. Beds are very comfy, and bedrooms all have built in wardrobes, bedside tables and ceiling fans.

Fully appointed kitchen including dishwasher, microwave oven, plenty of saucepans, fry pans (including electric fry pan), roasting & casserole dishes , sandwich press, plenty of utensils and more. High chair for toddlers. Large corner pantry.

Appliances include ; TV (50"), dishwasher, refrigerator and air conditioner - all up to date to maintain high standards. The air conditioner warms or cools the entire house for your comfort. For winter stays there is additional heating for the bedroom areas to keep you warm.

Blue Views has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets,
Bedding configurations:- 2 x Queen beds, 1 x double bed, 2 x single beds, .
Main queen room has it's own TV, and all bedrooms have ceiling fans.
Bedroom 4 (queen room) has its own bathroom and toilet.
Photos show both summer and winter bedding decor - lighter doona's for summer and warm cosy doona's for winter.

Laundry has F&P top load washing machine (washing powder supplied) and a dryer in garage. Garage for one car and plenty of driveway parking.

At the back of the house there is an enclosed outdoor area for the BBQ of which there is a large and small gas BBQ, webber kettlle, tables and chairs for outdoor use.

Pet friendly, very safe and secure for your dog (s), who can roam safely around the well fenced and gated yard, or you can section off the side and back area for them - just bring your pets bed, bowls . Doggy doo bags supplied.

Sheets, pillow cases & towels are available as a linen pack at an additional cost per person, or take your own. Doona's, bedspreads and quality pillows are provided. BYO linen over high season dates between 17th Dec to 30th January.
