Terms & conditions

As Heathcote Views is a small privately owned bed and breakfast cancellations affect us greatly. More than 13 days notice full refund less fees & charges up to $100. 7-13 days notice 50% of deposit plus fees & charges up to $100. Less than 7 days no refund of deposit. There is a $50 admin fee for changing dates priopr to arrival date. If booking is not resold the fee is $100. Cancellation within 24 hours of arrival will result in 100% full tarrif charge. Prices are subject to change without notice, however once a booking has been confirmned it will be honoured at the rate quoted.

"Very happy will return" From booking to departure everything was as you would expect David was very warm and welcoming thoroughly enjoyed the 2 nights we had.

"Amazing place for to stay." Astrid and Dave have done a great job setting this place up, they have thought of everything you might need to make your stay comfortable. The place is immaculate and has the best 360 degree views to wake up to on a sunny Sunday morning, was also great being greeted by the super friendly kelpies bob and Molly and the white cat. I would definitely come back here next time I’m exploring the Heathcote area!

"Brilliant property" We knew from the pictures we, and our animal crazy 2 year old, would love this place and it was better than expected. So clean, comfortable and warm. The owners were lovely. We went for a morning walk to see the sheep and it was just beautiful. Night time stars were plentiful too. We will definitely be back.
