This secluded, spacious apartment for two has an upstairs bedroom and bathroom and a balcony. All new appliances and kitchenware are provided and include a solardom oven, barbecue and coffee machine.
The heating is both wood fired slow combustion as well as a new gas heater.
The bedroom has an LCD TV and Wave CD/radio.
Dressing gowns are supplied for your relaxation or visit to the pool. Garage space is available for your car.

APARTMENT PLUS package includes exclusive use of heated indoor 13.5 metre lap pool, 1200-2000mm deep.
The accent is on Rest, Revival and Relaxation!

Your breakfast basket is likely to include some home made jam or garden provender.
The rammed earth walls provide an ambiance that affects your senses.
You may never have walked with bare feet on a white exposed quartz floor!

A landscaped garden with huge boulders, maples and roses has granite stairways and a path leading to the apartment.
You may choose to eat in using the all new appliances, or visit local eateries. The fine dining at Forest Edge 3 kms away, is a special treat. On Sundays Jinks Creek winery has the best wood fired pizzas and great tasting wines.

You are expected to leave the apartment and barbecure in a tidy and clean state.

A dishwasher is provided for your use. Please carefully rinse dishes and START dishwasher before you leave.

Penalty of $60 applies for inadequate cleaning

The most frequent damage has been the wood heater glass. This costs $200 to replace and this will be charged for breakage of the fire proof glass.

It takes 5 seconds to pull the pool cover on after your swim; this should be done after each swim.

Terms & conditions

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation at short notice (less than 1 week) incurs the loss of the booking fee. Cancellation within 14 days of the stay incurs refund of the booking fee only if the apartment is subsequently booked. An administration fee of $40 applies. You may reschedule to another date, but if the apartment is not booked on the original date then the deposit will not be refunded.

 

Damages Policy

 When paying by cash or internet banking guests must either provide a $200 cash bond or provide a credit card number.
