With 29 en suite bedrooms – a dedicated reception & library, we can host up to 98 residential guests.

Cancellation Policy

From 1 Dec to 31st May: 

  • 30 days prior to check-in → Full amount will be charged, non -refundable

From 1 Jun to 30 Nov

  • 7 days prior to check-in → Full amount will be charged, non -refundable
  • Public Holidays and Long Weekends 7 days in advance and are non-refundable once charged

December and January

  • Non- Refundable, MUST be paid in full at time of booking → Full amount

Please call us to make any changes/cancellations to your booking. Alternatively, you can cancel by going online through your original booking source.

No-Show
If a guest fails to arrive without giving the required 7 days notice, they will be charged the full booking price.

Date Changes
Changes may be made to your reservation where possible, prior to arrival - charges may apply
Re-booked dates must be within 365 days of original booking dates.

Non-Refundable Rates
If you have purchased a non-refundable rate on any booking site (Booking.com,Expedia,Agoda,direct etc.) the booking can be changed to an alternative date (in the same season) However, in the event this is not an option, you will forfeit the entire booking.

"Relaxing Rainforest Stay" Setting nestled in rainforest . Large room. Comfortable bed. Room cleaned daily but not intrusively.

"Excellent choice of accommodation (and restaurant)" Excellent place to stay after we finished our day in Wilson's Prom NP. Very friendly staff and a nice, comfortable room. Plenty of parking and we were pleasantly surprised by the very high standard of the on site restaurant! (I'd recommend booking). It was only a very short stay so can't really comment any more than that but would certainly recommend.

"Most enjoyable" The staff were very accommodating as we arrived quite late. We had called ahead to advise we were running late and the staff left our room keys in an easy place for retrieval.
