Eltham is located 16 kms from the Melbourne CBD. This lovely community is known as Melbourne's green wedge because of its natural surround has a bush-like feel. Beautiful views of nature adore this house from both the front and the rear of the property. Lakes, walking & bike trails are only a sample of what makes this area so beautiful.

Visit the beautiful and historic Montsalvat artist colony where guests can dine as well as enjoy a picnic on the grounds, or take in the relaxing environment of Lilies on Brougham, or take the kids for a ride on the miniture railroad trains in Lower Eltham Park. A gate way to the Yarra Valley wine Region (30 mins), Eltham offers something for everyone. Healesville Sanctuary is only a short drive away through a scenic landscape.

The property is made exclusively available to one (1) guest booking at a time. The property will be only available to you and your guests during the booking period. No third party guests will be able to book the other bedrooms during your booking period. The language regarding booking 1 room on Aura's site is a bit confusing because this booking engine was first developed for use by hotels as opposed to other accommodation types such as houses.
That said, while you will have exclusive access to the house for you and your guests only, we only make available the bedrooms based upon the number of guests in your reservations. If your reservation is for 2 guests, we will make 1 bedroom available and the other 2 bedrooms would be unavailable. The rest of the property and rooms are available.

A warm, clean, functional house for the winter months. The bed and pillow were comfortable and shower, ok. There were some good kitchen pots and utensils. The remote controlled garage was useful. Moses was a very good communicator.

A lovely house in Eltham. Very well located with lovely amenities. We had a lovely stay. The road is relatively busy and can be heard from front of the house, but the back is quiet and there are many alternate spaces to hang out. Overall we enjoyed staying at the property and were very warm and comfortable there.

his was a fantastic ‘home away from home’ - spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We stayed for 4 weeks so it was important that the space was homely - and it was! Moses is a fantastic host - responsive and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The road outside is quite busy but that just means you are in the middle of things with all the amenities nearby. Thoroughly recommend.

A lovely big home. Plenty of room for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. Very clean and comfortable. Fantastic to have a washing machine and dryer. Highly recommend this home. Moses contacted us to make sure we had checked in okay. Communication with Moses was always quick and professional. One of our grand babies left a toy behide and our host Moses contacted me straight away and offered to post it back to us. Thank you Moses.
