Basic terms and condition

Strictly No Smoking, No Pets allowed at any time, No Parties permitted in this house. Outsiders other than the guests reserved this house are not allowed at any time in this property.

Refundable Security Bond $1000 to be paid 2 weeks before arrival.
50% Deposit of tariff required when booking and the balance 28 days before arrival

Anytime: All cancellations incur loss of deposit
28 days: If cancellation made within 28 days of arrival ~ loss of 100.00% of the total booking price
