Terms & conditions

  1. Check-in must be with the cardholder of the person who booked and paid for the room.
  2. Upon arrival, licence or some other valid form of picture identification must be provided (license or passport).  We will take a copy for our records only.
  3. The number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Receipt, or else additional charges will apply per person per night.
  4. Checkins are from 2pm daily, checkout is at 10am.  Late checkout or delays to cleaning staff will be charged at $55 per hour (minimum charge $55).
  5. The property must be left in a clean and tidy state, including the disposal of all rubbish and washing up completed.  Standard cleaning services following your departure are included in your rates.  Additional cleaning charges will be forwarded on to guests.
  6. The Guest agrees to pay the replacement fee for any lost keys, remotes and/or swipes whilst in their possession
  7. Management reserves the right to enter the property for the purpose of inspection, maintenance or for the purpose of ensuring that the by-laws are being observed
  8. Smoking is not permitted inside the property.  Smoking on the balcony is allowed.
  9. No animals are permitted in the apartment, unless by earlier agreement.
  10. The Guest must notify Accommodation Docklands staff immediately upon becoming aware of any defects, damage or faults to any fixtures, fittings, chattels or furnishings.
  11. Parties, functions, group gatherings are strictly prohibited.  Our apartments are located in residential towers.  Disturbance to neighbours, including excessive noise, is strictly prohibited.  Your co-operation is greatly appreciated as any breach of this policy will result in eviction without refund, and a minimum of $1,000 will be incurred.
  12. Please park only in the allocated car space.  Parking in the car park is at the owners risk.
  13. Accent Accommodation takes no responsibility for valuables left in the apartment or car.
