This is a quiet apartment adjoining the owners house. 

The unit has its own entry.

The apartment has one bedroom with a queen bed, a separate lounge and full kitchen with oven, fridge and dishwasher, heating and cooling, private courtyard and off street parking. 

This is a one bedroom apartment with separate lounge and kitchen. The kitchen has oven, dishwasher and fridge and is fully equipped. All furnishings are new and comfortable. There is a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. The bedroom has a very comfortable queen sized bed and a large wardrobe with lots of hanging space. Guests have exclusive use of a quiet private courtyard. There is a reverse cycle air conditioner in both the bedroom and living areas as well as a ceiling fan in the bedroom. 

The apartment is warm and cosy in winter and cool in summer.

The apartment has a flight of stairs to the front door.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

Many of our previous guests have commented on how safe they feel at this apartment.
