Brighton Bay Apartments are a home-away-from-home for the business or leisure visitor. A place to relax or work and enjoy the space and freedom of your own private apartment in this quiet boutique residential building. So why settle for a hotel bedroom when you can stay in your own private, spacious, luxurious apartment ?

Brighton is conveniently located 18 minutes by train from Melbourne's CBD and offers a cosmopolitan lifestyle with its cafes, restaurants, boutiques and the beach. The railway station is less than a 3 minute walk from the apartments. Local facilities include the cinema, hotels, Brighton Sea Baths/Gym and yacht clubs, golf clubs, and a large variety of quality shops and restaurants.

A major feature are our huge private courtyards and terrace style balconies.

The self contained apartments all feature 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry, guests powder room, gourmet kitchen with marble finishes, climate control air conditioning, high speed Wifi available, home theater plasma or LCD TV with Foxtel. All apartments have either a work station or home office with direct dial telephones. Our standard apartments have courtyards or small balconies, and our larger apartments feature either a large courtyard or a terrace style balcony.

Housekeeping service is provided on every 7th day during our guest's stay (Housekeeping is not daily).

Brighton offers a cosmopolitan lifestyle with its cafes, restaurants, boutiques and the beach. The North Brighton railway station is less than a 3 minute walk & the CBD is just 18 minutes away by train. Local facilities and landmarks include Cinema, Hotels, Brighton Sea Baths/Gym and yacht club, a large variety of quality shops and restaurants.

Terms & conditions

Deposit: Reservations are made in advance with 20% of the total booking amount required as deposit and secured by credit card or cheque. Balance: The balance of room rate will be due 5 days prior to Check-In (automatically drawn from your nominated Credit Card), with any other sundries payable on arrival. Special offers/Christmas bookings:

Payment in full is required at the time of booking for special offers (including last minute and special advance purchase rates as advertised). For bookings from 15/12 and 31/01 payment in full is required by 01/09 or when booking whichever is the later Check In: A current valid credit card and photo identification will be required at check in as security for your stay.

Acceptable credit cards are VISA, AMEX and Mastercard. Our office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (closed weekends and public holidays).Our key collection point must be pre-booked for after hours, weekend and public holiday arrivals. Please contact our office at least 1 clear business day in advance if you are arriving outside business hours. If you are arriving outside business hours you will be required to complete an 'e check in' form.

Cancellation Policy: A full refund of the deposit is given (less a cancellation fee, at the rate of the first night rate, per apartment) if cancellation is received in writing not less than 60 days of arrival. If cancelled within 60 days of arrival, no refund of deposit is given and full payment is required. Guests are responsible for payment of all night's reserved, regardless of guests actual arrival or departure date. In the case of a no-show, guests will be responsible for full payment. For special offers (including last minute and special advance purchase rates as advertised) no cancellations or refunds are permitted

Peak Times: There is a minimum stay of 5 nights (except Dec 15 to Jan 5 when minimum stay is 7 nights) Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage arising during their stay. Guests hereby agree for any damage charges to be deducted from their credit card Check In/Out: - Check-in from 2pm. - Check-out is at 10.30 am. Alternative times may be made with prior arrangement.

Please note that prices and conditions may be subject to change. Our property is strictly non-smoking. Untidy Departure: Guests are expected to leave their room in a neat and tidy condition. $75/hour will be charged to the guest for extraordinary cleaning.

"High quality accommodation - simply can‘t be better!" The accomodation itself simply is top class. High quality regarding everything. Furniture very tastefull, bed very comfortable, kitchen well equipped. Brighton is a good location to discover Mournington Peninsula as well as Melbourne and be at the sea within minutes. Jason and Paul are very caring, helpful and very professional in managing their property. And moreover they are simply very nice and friendly guys. It‘s been a pleasure and will always be our first option when coming back to Melbourne.
