Fancy a quiet escape to a treed beach getaway? 

Just 400m from the Village and bay beach, this hideaway has everything you need. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas with breakfast bar and 10 seat dinin both inside and out. Plus a huge outdoor umbrella in the back courtyard! 

Bedding configuration: 
- Master bedroom houses a queen sized bed, with built in robes 
- Second bedroom has queen sized bed, with pull out single trundle for a 3rd guest. 
- A self contained bungalow, contains a double bed with single above and pull out single trundle. 
In total the house can sleep 9 (6 adults and 3 kids) in different combinations. 

Newly appointed, with resort style furniture and flat screen TVs. 

Well appointed kitchen, in which you can whip up your own little masterpieces. Includes breakfast bar and stools, dishwasher, microwave and a separate drinks fridge for larger families. 

Wood Burner added for Winter!! 

We have added a beautiful wood burner. This warms the whole house in winter and creates a cozy relaxing atmosphere. Make a booking this winter and enjoy cold nights sitting in front of the fire with a glass of local wine.

Great outdoor entertaining

A large, but private north facing deck, with plenty of beautiful sunshine is out the front, with umbrella and relaxing seating. 

Out the back is a paved outdoor entertaining area, with 10 seater table, huge umbrella and BBQ. There's plenty of space for family and friends, or just relax in the hammock with a book under the Moonah trees in the spacious yard. 

Property is fully fenced, and well loved and well behaved animals are welcome outside, with a small surcharge/bond (pls enquire).

Self contained Bungalow as well!

This good sized bungalow which sleeps 4, has an LCD TV with built in DVD player, Nintendo Wii with games. The bungalow also has it's own bathroom, with shower, basin and toilet. 

Hosts a double bed bunk, with single on top, and a pull out single trundle below. Adorned with colourful floor cushions and ottomans, it's a great place for the kids or another family to have some space.

Once you arrive there's no need to get in the car again if you don't want to. We are only an easy 5 minute stroll down a tree lined path to the front beach and shops, or if you prefer, you can walk a little further to the back beach

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.

Strictly no Smoking inside.

Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments. 

Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.

Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10:00 at the latest, to allow time to prepare the property for next guests. 

Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.

Pets - you are welcome to bring your pet.  We ask guests to clean up after their pet, and ensure they are not allowed on the furniture or bedding  Any damage caused by pets will be taken from bond monies.

Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email.  Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.

Terms & conditions

Note: Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 30 days prior to occupancy. If not the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it.

If cancellation is caused by the client, deposit paid is non-refundable.  Should the house be re-let for the entire period, we may at our discretion, refund the balance paid, less an administration fee of $100.

The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.

Bond is payable at the same time as the balance amount. The bond will be refunded within 7 days in full subject to the above conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared ..etc.  

The Owner supplies Doonas, Doona covers, mattress protectors, pillows and pillow protectors and tea towels.  All further linen is to be supplied by the guest, including bathroom manchester, sheets, pillow cases and beach towels.

Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.

Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.

For your added security, this property "Blairgowrie Beach Escape" is only managed in Australia and we never request payments be made to overseas bank accounts.

What a great place to get away to. Jane is very friendly from start to end and is more than accommodating and generous with her times should she have the flexibility, which she did on our stay. The house is in a great location and is well fitted out with everything you could need from extra blankets and pillows, to kitchen utensils, glassware, pots, pans, seating both indoor and outdoor, a bbq, pet friendly with a great backyard, it is true to its description and the coffee pods are very thoughtful. We all had a very relaxed stay and this place offers this in abundance. Very quite street and so close to everything, the beach, the shops, the cafes and the surrounding suburbs. Would highly recommend the Blairgowrie Beach Escape experience and will be back for sure. Thanks Jane.

"We loved our stay!" From beginning to end our stay at Blairgowrie Beach Escape was amazing. Jane was a great host, great at responding to requests, checking we were prepared and really friendly the entire time. The house was perfect for us, as the backyard is quite large and provided a great play area for my dog, the hammock is in a shady area and was great for reading, the house provided plenty of room for 3 adults. Definitely recommend this place to stay.

"Lovely cottage in Blairgowrie’s centre." This little cottage has a lovely nostalgia of Blairgowrie’s past, with updated furnishing making it very cosy for today. Jane was great to deal with. The cottage is within easy walking distance to Blairgowrie’s shops and cafes as well as the beach. It is also only a 10 minute drive to Sorrento. We really enjoyed our weekend here, thanks Jane.

"Comfortable home in a great location" My family of 5 stayed 3 nights over the Queen's Birthday long weekend. The house is very comfortable with a huge well maintained backyard. Only 5 mins walk to the front beach and local shops with great cafes. In-house coffee machine is a huge plus too. The self-contained bungalow is perfect for my nephew. The only minor problem we had was on the first night, the hot water run out half way when each of us having a shower one by one after dinner, had to wait for 2 hours to reheat the water, but we had no problem for the next 2 nights. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much, loved the location.
